Adam: the night clock broadcasting live from opportunity zone 33 here in the frontier of Austin, Texas capital on the Lone Star State in the morning everybody I'm Adam Curry in from Northern Silicon Valley where everybody's waiting for football and Johnson really that's the biggest problem they have in California. Yeah, this is pay no attention to how the game works Pay no attention everybody being locked down like roaches. So as we speak in the Netherlands big crap coming down. The evening clock went into the night clock alphamed clock as it's known in the Netherlands, which had not been implemented since the Nazis did it the last time which has triggered many people and the kids are not having it they're out there they're they're fighting with the cops overturn burning cop cars. there's a there's a video of a police horse running just down the the boulevard without a rider. And it's gotta be a site. It's in last night It started in a little town called irk u r k. And if you've ever been to the Netherlands, you might you might have at least been offered a tour to go and see Urk which is this very tiny sound but it's like a Hamlet in the Netherlands. And the people pretty much get around by boat. That's the main attraction because there's not really roads is everyone's houses are connected by canals are these little kind of like gondola boats, a little bit of a Venetian vibe, not the way the boats look, but kind of what it is. But it's basically Mystic Seaport and
2:08
had a riot there last night, because the youth decided they didn't like what was going on. They burned down the PCR test center. Just burned it up in Urk, though, I mean, imagine Mystic Seaport youth burned down test center. I mean, that would be nuts. Yes, I have right at Carmel by the bay. carpeted sounds Yeah, that sounds right. Or is called IRQ. You are k? Yeah, this is you got to imagine in this globalized world that, you know, people are seeing what's happening in other countries and saying, Well, why are we locked down like bugs except California apparently? Oh, yeah. We love it like this. Yeah. And I think you're right. It's even more disgusting than even I could think it would be but it really does appear despite the biosecurity state who manage us now through these pharmaceuticals. And I'm including pharmaceutical devices, medical devices, such as masks. They really want to continue this. They want to keep going for obvious reasons if you're no agenda show listener. But now we're seeing Governor Cuomo and even Chicago restaurants and bars are now opening is it Are they really that cynical that they truly waited for Biden to get in to just get rid of this?
3:44
John: Well, I do have a couple of clips
3:47
Adam: and I'll add to that I had a that the right after the who changed their PCR quote unquote test recommendation. I'm getting reports from everywhere and we have a lot of producers who work in labs etc. that the now it's according to the wh o standard but it even though that tweet from the who and the blog post or whatever they call that was removed from their website because people had seen it. Oh my goodness, get rid of it. Oh, no, we can't have that. We are now seeing I have the one of our producers here 27 cycles now. 27 cycles Yeah. Yeah. And and and just to add insult to injury and I do want to hear your clips. I'll play a quickie from Dr. Cat. As you know, Dr. Cat is part of the New World Order. She works for the team Halo sponsored by the United Nations and the World Health Organization. They've been trained to be on Tick Tock to indoctrinate you and she says she got a lot people asking about well this change the who and what does it mean and, and and we really have a lot of false positives. Listen to her non answer answer.
5:09
Unknown: Hey Dr. Ken epidemiologist, I got a lot of this comment asking about the information notice from the wh o regarding PCR testing that came out yesterday. Just to review PCR is sometimes called molecular photocopying because it is used to copy and amplify small segments of DNA. Because significant amounts of DNA are needed for Molecular and genetic analysis studies and diagnostics of these isolated small pieces of DNA would be impossible without PCR amplification. So because the test relies on genetic material, from SARS Coby to to be positive, there really isn't any such thing as a false positive test, unless it is a laboratory cross contamination. Sometimes when a person was actively infected, but isn't any more the PCR test will still pick up dead virus. So the goal of this document is to ask people to consider the disease prevalence in the area as well as the person's clinical presentation.
6:09
Adam: So here's the translation of what she said she did not really answer the question about the lowering of the cycle. She said correctly, there's no such thing as a false positive. That's correct. Because positive is the PCR process, identifying at least a fragment of the virus, it does not measure how much so she didn't answer it. And then, in fact, throughout the this information out of context, and just and they can't bring themselves to admit it, and now it's like, well, no, it really is. It's it's the test show is positive. And you should there should be clinical signs, which, you know, of course, that is that that was part of it, but it was never tested that way. And they're letting a holes and letting the tick tock people just paint over this obvious scam.
6:59
John: Are we to believe that this Tick Tock dingbat is actually flooded with emails about all the who changed your procedures? I believe that the people who watch Tick tock, you know, religiously, send her a note at all. I don't buy it. No, I
7:21
Adam: think she got a note from the who, here's how you explain it. Here's your talking points. Sure. Yeah, that's
7:27
John: what happened. It wasn't there. But it wasn't from anybody that watches her.
7:32
Adam: And, well, I have so much about the vaccine. And maybe we should just why don't you get us going with some of your clips that show obvious.
7:43
John: Let's go with the use leader who has an anniversary good news, PBS. Oh,
7:48
Unknown: hello now Rwanda one
7:50
year anniversary lockdown of Wu Han Chinese city, which had the first outbreak of COVID-19. The city's 11 million people were locked down for 76 days. A year later, people are out of their homes and mostly back to normal they
8:06
feel like things are pretty good. Now, Wu Han doesn't have this disease now and lives of Wu Han people are back to normal. We just need to take precautions and increase our awareness to do so.
8:15
The number of new COVID-19 cases in mainland China has stayed in the low hundreds for the past several months, but recent outbreaks near Beijing have sparked concerns ahead of the Chinese Lunar New Year when billions of trips are normally made. Meanwhile, Hong Kong is struggling with a new outbreak recording more than 4300 cases in the past two months, Hong Kong officials imposed a 48 hour lockdown until more testing can be done to try and contain the virus in the US. COVID-19 cases have been on a decline from the peak of early January. According to The New York Times there were almost 192,000 new cases reported yesterday, more than 19 million Americans have received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine. And the CDC reported 1.6 million shots were given yesterday the largest single day amount so far.
9:13
Adam: Lower the PCR numbers. Oh, we have less cases Joe to the rescue. Well, here we go. Again. This
9:21
John: is a good morning, America. This is more good COVID News.
9:26
Adam: You just bring in the good news today.
9:29
Unknown: Yeah, it's about time. For only I could find your clip it would be more good news.
9:36
Oh yes. This week, California became the first state in the nation to reach 3 million cases of COVID-19 with nearly 35,000 lives now lost to the virus. Yeah,
9:47
we want to bring in now can you hear about the latest in the state's efforts to fight this pandemic from the secretary of California Health and Human Services? Dr. Mark Galli. So thank you so much for being here. We know you all have been going through it out there but it looks like we saw At least some numbers in terms of the hospitalization starting to at least get stable and maybe go down a little bit. Can you give us the latest? And what do you attribute that to any kind of decrease in some of those numbers?
10:15
Yeah, we actually for first day are seeing less than 20,000 cases reported today, statewide. That's first time in a while. Indeed, our hospital numbers are coming down. Those ICU numbers, the last number that come down starting to come down as well think attributed to the ongoing work of Californians to pay attention to the virus. After what was a hard Thanksgiving holiday. I think the regional stay at home order that the governor put in place made a difference over the winter holidays of Christmas and New Year's and we're starting to see that pay
10:57
Adam: off now. Oh, man. I hope people realize what happened here. They really prolong this. Just to get orange man bad juice out of it. It's clear.
11:12
John: It's very clear to me. Yeah.
11:16
Adam: And everybody's Jack's, I mean, oh, my hall. We got john Camila now. tadros who Mr. I'm sorry. Dr. Ted's Ross. is very happy. He did his little opening the other day he over to you, Dr. tedros. Over to you duck like like like like saying, oh, we're going to have an audience now with the Emperor. over to Dr. tedros. Over
11:38
Unknown: to you, Dr. tedros.
11:40
Thank you. Thank you. Good morning. Good afternoon. And Good evening. Yesterday, the United States of America announced that it plans to retain its membership in who I want to thank my brother Dr. Tony Fauci once again for watch
11:59
Adam: this my brother bullcrap. Oh, high five.
12:04
Unknown: bra,
12:05
bra.
12:06
I want to thank my brother Dr. Tony Fauci once again for addressing the executive board. So early in this morning, so early in his morning, I was also honored to speak with Vice President Kamala Harris in the first hours of her full first full work day. Thank you again, Madam Vice President. Oh, you
12:28
Adam: got a personal call
12:32
John: camela online right about you, Kamala Kamala, it's Kamala online one, sir. You want to get it together? Hey, we should we should hang out.
12:45
Adam: Maybe you want to get something to drink sometime? You mean I am a doctor after all. But obviously what what we know really happened is we're on the on the on the on the way up now with the numbers going down. And this is because Trump was censoring censoring Fauci and Burks and no one felt like they could say anything ever. And oh my goodness, Joe's in we've got the 100 day mask mandate. Things are going to be going great and everybody's happy. And Fauci is letting everybody know, the President signed more executive orders on his first full day in office, including a requirement for mask wearing at airports on planes and when using public transportation. This is the promoting safe travel. A new study shows nearly half of adults don't wear a mask when they're in close contact with people outside their households. Biden is also promising regular appearances from Dr. Anthony falchi, who had a rocky relationship with former President Trump Dr. Fauci expressed a sense of relief during his first briefing under the Biden administration was really something that you didn't feel that you could actually say something and there wouldn't be any repercussions about it the
13:53
Unknown: idea that you can get up here and talk about what you know what the evidence what the science is, and no that's it, let the science speak. It is somewhat of a liberating feeling.
14:06
Adam: Okay, a couple things here one is he really telling us that he wasn't free to speak all those interviews he did everything he was he was and he said all kinds of things yes mass no mass no mass yes mass. Oh, no, no, now I feel free to speak. We really have to believe that.
14:27
John: And a guy has more Gall.
14:30
Adam: Oh wait, no, no, no. Who has more more Gall is Burke's Burks, who was busted violating the order orders of being with your with family and traveling on Thanksgiving she would. She went to winterize her home if you recall, she was in a winterize it. Well, she is so relieved that President Trump is is out of here
14:56
Unknown: in an exclusive interview with Face the Nation moderator Margaret Brennan. Burks accused the Trump White House of censoring her and feeding the president false and rosy data is even as hundreds of 1000s die off. Did
15:09
you ever consider quitting? Always?
15:12
I mean, why would you want to put yourself through that? Every day? I had to ask myself every morning. Is there something that I think I can do that would be helpful in responding to this pandemic? And it's something I asked myself every night, and
15:29
Adam: this is the woman who resigned. She said, No, I'm gonna go spend time with my family winterizing the home. I'm retiring. I guess she's not retiring. She's back. And she has to be back because the mass now that we have a 100 day mask mandate, Paul, oh, yeah. We have new mask information. JOHN, get ready. You'll need a pad and pencil, as we understand what we really need because we've been misled by the Trump administration. We have not been told the proper mask to get Sanjay Gupta leads the charge on CNN with pre produced packages.
16:10
Unknown: We know two important things, people should wear masks in public. And not all masks are equal.
16:17
Adam: Sorry. Now we have to wear them in public. anywhere we go. I thought this was not anyway,
16:25
Unknown: the quality of your cloth mask depends on its fabric and the number of layers, studies have shown they can be as low as 26% effective. But the N 95 masks that some aides are wearing in the White House 95% effective, even better than the surgical masks I wear in the operating room. This is critical in Harvard Medical Schools. Dr. Abra Quran is now advocating and 95 masks. For all if for four weeks, the country essentially wore these masks in those risky settings like that indoors. What kind of difference Do you think it would make
17:02
this this would stop the epidemic? It's an extraordinary
17:06
state.
17:08
Essentially, stop the pandemic. We're not talking about vaccines here or some sort of new magical therapeutic, just a properly fitted $5 and 95. mask.
17:20
Adam: Well, I'm so happy to know this. There must be something very special about it. He says it's not magical, but I'm thinking these n 95 masks, which we were told we could not have. Right. And we were told we could not have them due to their valve which helps you breathe. No, no.
17:40
John: Not on No, no. Okay. new ones are different than that to the 95. Master talking about. Okay, Al's mask was never accepted. Right. But in 95 we were also told not to wear m 95. Oh, no, no, we were told definitely never get an N 95. because too many people need them. It's the people in the hospitals that need the 95 and we started using it 95 Yeah. We'll be short handed. So what happened is that 95 went into overproduction. Ah,
18:16
Unknown: here it is.
18:18
Adam: Hey, john, we got a problem on our hands, man. We got we produce too many of these damn mass, can you put a call into to the administration and see if we can get a deal here. Like a defense, defense production act deal.
18:33
John: So we're at the end of the road here. So we're have to get rid of the 795 mass but on the west coast. I don't know if you have a clip about this one. But now they got all these news stories about how I don't have one of them. That you you're supposed to work to me. Yes, this is my next clip.
18:49
Unknown: That's because I'm playing five mask has a secret weapon, a unique electrostatic filter that traps neutral particles, like bacteria or viruses and polarizes those particles before they can pass through the mask. Think of it like how socks get stuck to a blanket in the dryer.
19:10
If we have better personal protection for people, they can more safely go back to work any
19:14
other experts have advocated for in 95 as well, like former FDA Commissioner Scott Gottlieb, who wrote this, and 95 or equivalent mask offers the best protection. some European countries are currently finalizing rules requiring in 95, masks in shops and on public transportation. And now more than a year into the pandemic. The Biden administration is also ramping up the defense production act to make more and 95 available for health care workers who still don't have enough and then hopefully, for the rest of the population as well
19:50
make masks part of American culture to stop the epidemic.
19:54
The key here is to always wear a mask whenever you're in public, the ability to control The spread is in our hands and on our faces.
20:04
Adam: I'm sorry, that's I thought that was the one Oh, no, here it is. This is it was on CBS Evening News. This is the one this is the clip you're looking for
20:12
Unknown: Dr. Luke Wow, these new variants we're hearing they're more contagious they could be more deadly. And the CDC has some new guidance about wearing masks with two or more layers. The question Do we need to wear two masks
20:24
nor the science is now clear that masks help reduce spread. And the idea is more layers give more protection. So two or three layers is better than one. And the idea is to create a kind of obstacle course that helps block the virus. Now those layers can be in a single mask or you can double mask. The fit is so very important. So for example, you can wear a surgical mask with a tighter fitting cloth mask over it. Whether a mask that have a pocket in the middle of two layers of fabric, you can put filter in that pocket. Right now the emergence of these new variants that Moeller talked about makes it so important to try to up our game, when it comes to mask wearing, it's clear to me that they feel we still are getting too much oxygen to our brain.
21:05
Adam: We were thinking too much. We need a Swiss cheese model. Yes, multiple layers three in front of your face. Oh, come on now. And the science is in the science. I'm a little tired of your science with please show me the science at Dr. Fauci. Stop saying the science talks. The science speaks. science does not speak. Science is not a thing that communicates that it's so evil, the way you communicate that it's even. Science is now so powerful. It's everywhere. It's in our it's, I mean, it's in our lives everywhere. megan kelly, a fine podcaster who has to stoop to the level of Ben Shapiro to read ads?
21:57
Unknown: Did this. I know it's gonna make you happy. Getting your best credit score, the average American has 97 points that they can add to their credit score. 97 Oh, but you have no idea how to get it. Do you? Score master knows how it's not credit repair. It's credit science, and it will help you get your points super fast. It's this new credit technology.
22:19
Oh, credit science credit technology.
22:24
John: I feel sorry for her.
22:27
Adam: I vowed that I will make money streamed to her in podcasting. 2.0 so she doesn't have to do this. Yeah. Static.
22:36
John: It's pathetic. Get back to the masks.
22:38
Adam: I'm sorry. A good question showing you the difference between the press corps with the Trump administration and the press corps with the Biden ministration. Now we do have Jen Psaki, Jim hasakah, who is an expert she was at State Department is very good. She was great at fielding annoying questions. And Peter doocy of fox news as the very obvious one. It is exactly the same kind of question that would have been asked of orange man bad. And there's no outrage. There's no follow ups. And everyone just kind of lets it go ahead.
23:13
Unknown: Why weren't President Biden and all members of the Biden family math at all times on federal lands last night, he signed an executive order that mandates mass on federal lands at all.
23:26
At the inaugural
23:28
Memorial, yes,
23:30
I think he was celebrating an evening of a historic day in our country. And certainly he signed the mask mandate, because it's a way to send a message to the American public about the importance of wearing masks how it can save 10s of 1000s of lives, we take a number of COVID precautions as you know here in terms of testing, social distancing mask wearing ourselves as as we do every single day. But I don't know that I have more for you on it than that. But
24:03
it is not just important the
24:06
power. But the power of our example was that a good example for people who are watching might not pay attention. Normally.
24:14
While Steve, I think the power of His example is also the message he sends by science signing 25 executive orders, including almost half of them related to COVID. The requirements that we're all under every single day here to ensure we're sending that message to the public. Yesterday was a historic moment in our history. He was inaugurated as President of the United States he was surrounded by his family. We take a number of precautions, but I don't think I think we have big bigger issues to worry about at this moment in
24:46
time, Major League
24:49
bullshit.
24:53
John: I want to interject a couple of things that we have to know because we covered this mass thing for ad nauseum matter nauseum. And if you remember the N 95 masks, and by the way, if anyone's worn any of these masks, and in 95 being the best example, you can't breathe, no.
25:12
Adam: It works better though if you get another mask and the cloth mask with a pocket to put some gauze in and add a feminine feminine hygiene pad in there while you're at it.
25:23
John: So you can't breathe and if you remember the early months of this whole thing when the mask was were working overtime during the
25:31
Adam: march april era, and they would take the mask off and they'd have this this red line around their face where the mask was. Because it has to be tight. Yeah. And they were getting rashes and they just read your face looks at somebody beat the crap out of them. And now they want the public to go this route. And if mask wearing as a concept in public isn't polarizing enough, the New York Times throws a little bit on top with this headline is mask slipping. The new man spreading. Yes, you know how people's masks slipped down over the under their noses and no shows. Yes, well, this is clearly douchebag men who are doing this then I will quote from the article. experts in plenty of women doing it. Experts continually remind us that to protect ourselves and others against the Coronavirus. a mask should cover your face from the bridge of your nose to under your chin. But too many of us are letting our mask slip. women wear masks to and of course they sometimes slip but I see more men slippage. I see it not only in news coverage, but in grocery stores and on the street. It's not all men, of course but then not all men take up two or three subway seats. Something about some men seems to make it difficult to keep that mask where it should be.
26:52
Unknown: What is this?
26:53
John: What is this? Is this Emily post daily? What are they? What is this? Who
26:59
Unknown: wrote this
26:59
John: should not be in the New York area who wrote that name names doesn't?
27:03
Adam: It doesn't say this. James James Gorman James who James Gorman he's a science writer at large for the New York Times, Gorman and the host and writer of the regular video series science science take science so he has now he's reporting on the science of men being a holes
27:26
John: so they had a series of TV shows or debate about now that they're going through and yet Nope, nobody's gonna watch it and 95 it's just too too hard to get because five bucks a pop Forget it. But so they so now they were doing the discussions on you know where to mask because it turns out that according to everybody around here to match equals and then 95 Oh, is that so? Yes, two masks equals but it has to be two different kinds of mass it has to be a surgeon's mask because apparently, I said the word apparently you did do surgeon mask has got that electrostatic thing going on that right? Supposedly, the suck okay.
28:10
Adam: If you want electrostatic on the cheap paint, just wear a surgical mask with a sock under it.
28:16
John: Well then the other one they want. So they want a surgical mask and a cloth mask. That combination gives you the 95 protection. But do you wear the cloth masks in front of the surgical mask or the surgical mask in front of the cloth mask? This is a big moment of discussion.
28:36
Adam: And who has the answer? Is that not does the CDC not have a recommendation? Did they omit that important detail?
28:42
John: Well, they did discuss Yes, I think they did. It appears it appears as if you want to wear the the cloth mask and then where the surgical mask over it. Because that way you look like a real doofus.
29:02
Unknown: That's the one we're going with it. For sure. Yeah. You heard it. You
29:06
Adam: heard everyone's falling over something Biden said in his in his speech. I have a clip of it here.
29:13
Unknown: America's a
29:14
beacon for the globe.
29:16
We will not leave we will lead not only by the example of our power
29:20
by the power of our example.
29:26
Adam: So you heard that referred to in that Jen Psaki clip. Yeah, good one, Joe.
29:33
Unknown: People.
29:34
The world over have always been more impressed by the power of our example than by the example of our power.
29:49
John: I like that. Everything stolen, of course. Yeah. Way to go. I have some buying clips here. You want to get Yeah, let
30:01
Adam: me just make sure we've got Well, no, i i'd like to use all the math stuff. Okay, well, then I'm done with the math, but I'd like to go to vaccines, because there is some there is some vaccine stuff to discuss first. Yes. Yeah, I was thinking you had I think you have anyone got vaccine clip vaccine equity.
30:24
Unknown: My two favorite words next to each other. Well, there's new concern tonight about vaccine equity who should get priority given that communities of color are at higher risk of getting infected and dying? And who should decide on that in Africa. That story
30:38
for Texas became the first state to administer 1 million vaccines a plan to prioritize residents in several underserved minority Dallas neighborhoods has hit a roadblock. The state saying in a letter, the plan for vaccine equity actually wasn't equitable at all. While we asked providers to ensure vaccine reaches the hardest hit areas, solely vaccinating people who live in those areas is not in line with the agreement. This is where it would have been helpful if the CDC had built into their their categories, some sort of privatization for communities of color, with minority communities at highest risk for COVID. According to a new analysis of the 12 states that tracked vaccinations by race in every one black Americans are significantly underrepresented. In Pennsylvania, for example, 1.2% of white residents have been vaccinated compared with point 3% of black residents. So we've got to get everyone including people who don't have access to the internet, or who are you know,
31:41
are homebound.
31:42
These vaccines vaccination in equity aside, the US is still struggling to ramp up production and distribution. But experts believe by the end of this summer, every adult American who wants to be vaccinated can be the vaccine didn't arrive in time for Alina violin suela who's fighting for her life in a Houston hospital?
32:01
I'm praying and I have so much faith that
32:04
she's going to be healed. Tonight the vaccine
32:07
underserved Americans need most remains out of reach Xiao mcgerr NBC News
32:14
Adam: Don't worry Joe's gonna fix that. Yeah the equity so the way I read that is instead of doing proportional to you know actual cases by neighborhood or by district in a city it's just going to be by skin color. So you know, poor poor white people who gets I think get justice sick but now it's it's you know, we've got all this data. And luckily Hank, Aaron got the vaccine. Yeah, Too bad he died two weeks later and not you know, he's getting screwed out of all those tributes because of that, I'm convinced. Have you seen a lot of Hank Hank Aaron tributes
33:03
John: not as many there was they all random but they random in it was very I thought he got short, cheated.
33:10
Adam: Explain just so other people outside and a lot of people in the United States understand Hank, Aaron. and beyond. Karen
33:16
John: was one of the most famous baseball players of all time, the first man to break Babe Ruth's long standing homerun record for total homeruns. And key was considered one of the greatest homerun hitters of all times and it was a very famous guy. Everybody loved that guy. Yeah. And he was also a civil rights voice as much as some of these other guys not like Jackie Robinson, right. But he but he was. There's been more famous Pete there's been less famous people that have died in the last year that have gotten three or four times as much recognition is done. Hank Aaron did, and CNN went
33:59
Adam: berserk. Over Larry King passing away, which is sad. You know, I've enjoyed larry king. He went into the hospital with COVID. But they're not reporting he, Larry King died of COVID they won't do it. They will not do it. They want
34:16
John: us because they knew if Trump was still president, they would they would then Trump killed larry king. Hello.
34:23
Adam: They could still retroactively say Trump killed larry king. And I think it's a missed opportunity. Now you knew larry king.
34:30
John: Yeah, yeah, I know. I'm pretty I knew him well enough that I talked to him on the phone. Did you call him or do you call you know, he called me on Monday say hey, you want to get some coffee? I think it was finally I think he finally married this woman but he had this woman friend in Southern California who's always having trouble with our computers and I was
34:50
Adam: that was your in my go. I've got it. I've got I got a connection with Larry King. I fix his wife's computer. It's not his wife, girlfriend.
35:01
John: And
35:04
Adam: tell me give me give us a story about one of your experiences. No, we
35:08
John: never he didn't he didn't never. He never hung out with his guests. My experience is the following. You go do the first time you do Larry King show you show up. And where's Larry? Well, you know, he doesn't like meeting like that. By the way, I use this as a as a motive for how to do interviews with Larry King. I did his show a number of times. And I did the bohannan. Show once, but there's all radio days. And Larry Kay, I was told by the producer, Larry doesn't like meeting his guests. doesn't like talking to him. He says he wants everything to be fresh. You show up? He doesn't know you. You don't know him. I mean, when you show the second time, he knows you. But the first time No. And the idea is, is that if you if that this is the theory, and I use this theory, because there's a great the lazy theory of interviews. It's, you're the interviewer, and you're going to interview somebody, you you the interview are representing the public at large listening to the show, you don't know this guy doesn't know this guy. That's a great way not to have to do homework. You don't have to do any homework because now you're just you're just meeting a guy and you're now you're talking to him as though you just met him. You could have written a book with Larry he's not reading the book. Now, Larry's not gonna read anybody Hold on What book were you promoting? I was promoting to Pete dopc. Guide to telecommunications course he's not You mean the instant
36:35
bestseller? Of course, he's not gonna read the point. No, the producer told me it's not my book. He's not he's not gonna read. No, no, I
36:44
Adam: know, any book. That's true.
36:46
John: And so and the, the theory is, well, you know, it's fresh, you know, you got to you got your you got your got a fresh guy out fresh face, and you're gonna talk to him as though you never met him before. And so I used that for years as a theory
37:03
Adam: is a theory. Yes. It doesn't work. I was hoping you would tell the story about him falling asleep, which I have not heard. Someone told me that you would get him on the show as far as I know.
37:17
John: I don't think so. So here here's the so i'm doing i'm reading he does to sit next reads not a mile away or in another booth like stern might be but he's, you're a big giant desk and you are no you can't touch you can't get to the point where you can touch him You can't get in general you should not be wanting to touch old men. And you'll see why that would have been important in this situation. Okay, so he's plowing through calls, you know, so Omaha Go ahead, he's right go ahead. So plowing through calls and the guy asked Hi, Mr. John Dvorak and glad you cuts them off and goes to the next guy he keeps cutting people off and running in front of these guys. So he gets some guy you know, Omaha go ahead guy comes on he says yeah, I you know, I had this problem with my computer and I gave him a quick answer because I figured go I quick answer to some simple question. Yeah, well what you do is you you do this so I look over meanwhile Larry is asleep during during the callers answer Yeah. So the caller is still on the line. I've already answered the question snorri Larry's over there Dennis sleep. I'm thinking oh my. So after all these other guys get cut off I say to this caller. So what else do you want to talk about?
38:46
Unknown: caller go Oh, yeah, the caller was
38:50
begging to be cut off and that didn't have an Iowan he said didn't give an IFV weren't wasn't someone yelling in the air what to do like poke Larry is very involved. Okay.
39:00
John: So Larry woke up during my my chat with just went right back to work is Oh, so that's why you couldn't reach him. You couldn't touch him go apps. Wake up. Pick up dude.
39:13
Adam: If I had a piece of paper, I could have crunched crunched up because I tossed it on his head. Yeah. But I'm not that. That is a nice story. That's a great remembrance of larry king, the sleeping giant.
39:28
John: Well, this is like two in the morning or something.
39:31
Adam: I love it. It's great. It's a great. That's another one for the archives. Yeah, it was.
39:37
John: It was believe me it my heart sank when I
39:39
Unknown: looked over.
39:41
Adam: He not only did he not read my book, he fell asleep during my interview. And still it became an instant bestseller is amazing. So it is investing. Alright, so back to Joe. And this whole 100 million vaccines in arms in the first 100 days. Everyone knows and agrees that this was always operation warp speed, nothing has changed. They've already done a third of that. I think it's we're up to 36 million vaccines. So it's gonna make it easily and he was called on this when he signed his executive order. And what we're seeing is Joe Biden does a couple of Joe's Joe Biden, Joe Well, there's creepy Uncle Joe, we all know that. And then there's Joe, who gaffes and stumbles and forgets things when he's kind of scripted. And then when he's challenged, if he's not managed, and you'll hear the aides in the, in the Oval, or you know that what they did was Trump like, Okay, everybody press. Let's go. Let's go. Okay, guys, let's go. Let's go. Also to make sure that Joe doesn't have any questions. Can you mind answer one?
40:53
Unknown: sec, where the US is right now.
40:56
You all said it's not possible. Come on, give me man.
41:02
Adam: This is feisty Joe. He's getting pissed off. And I think I think that will be good for some entertainment in the end.
41:08
John: I hope so
41:09
Adam: because the feisty Joe's the best, Joe feisty Joe is the Joe you want. Let's take a quick trip back to tick tock for another team, Halo member of the United Nations and World Health Organization, Dr. nock, and OC says, Don't you worry about the vaccine and any new variant, this is an important update about COVID-19 mutations, a research preprint was just published showing that some of the mutations recently seen in South Africa and Brazil are partially resistant to neutralization by vaccine induced antibodies. This does not mean that the vaccines will not work at all, but it may mean that they will work slightly less well against these mutants, the exact clinical implications remain to be seen.
41:47
Unknown: I'll keep you updated.
41:47
Adam: I would say that this is moderately concerning. Oh, it's it is moderately concerning, because we might need to push a new variant of the vaccine for the variant of the virus. So they're, they're keeping it open at this point. Now, in the United States, people are kind of getting confused about the vaccine that and you know, what exactly does it do and why is it different? And what are the parameters? And and will we, just like you promised now on day 396 of our two week flattened the curve. Will you move those goalposts again, because this was gonna let us open up correct, get the vaccine, everybody gets vaccinated, then we can start going back to normal. And when people are confused, when now their state health representatives are explaining it to them, the phone lines are lighting up. This is Scott. Dr. Nicole Alexander Scott. She's the Rhode Island State Health director. And here she is explaining what you can and cannot do or really what you can do with after you've been vaccinated and how effective it is to bring us back to normal.
43:00
Unknown: While the vaccine will prevent most people from getting very sick from COVID-19. And ultimately from going to the hospital or from dying. We still don't know for certain that it will totally prevent you from actually getting the virus or from spreading Coronavirus could still get COVID-19 even after you've had the vaccine, not have any symptoms, but you could still get it and potentially spread it to others. You need to continue to wear your mask. Watch your distance around anyone you don't live with. Wash your hands regularly and continue to be vigilant in the ways that we've talked about even after
43:51
you get vaccinated.
43:55
Adam: Voodoo, it is a little bit of Voodoo and I have a series of clips in just a moment. But the Voodoo has to be promoted and he must have a new movie coming out or something where he's doing some kind of revival because Arnold Schwarzenegger is now back everywhere telling people what to do. And when it comes to the vaccine, you better get it
44:16
Unknown: Terminator and former California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger has a
44:20
message for you.
44:21
All right, that just got my vaccine. And I recommend it to anyone and everyone. Come with me if you want to live.
44:31
Arnold Schwarzenegger that's him reciting the famous line from his Terminator movies after getting a COVID vaccine. at Dodger Stadium, the 73 year old tweeted he is in line. he urges others to get vaccinated. And of course if this is his first vaccination, no doubt, Schwarzenegger
44:50
will be back for his second.
44:52
Oh God,
44:54
Adam: I know how I mean, the 73 like 73 you Oh, he's already Most dead to 73 year old Pay no attention to the man in the White House.
45:07
John: Who's 90? so crazy. Couple of things. I do have a variant report but you want to mention that in today's morning news rundown it turns out that the first variant turned get cropped up in the United States. The first confirmed variant. The British one that they were that Boris and the Brits, the British one which the Brits say is from South Africa. Yeah, yeah, that one but then again, now they say it's not they did this. They don't know shit. They don't know shit. That's exactly right. So they variant now popped up of all places, Washington state where the first cases of COVID came from. And now this morning, the second case of the of that variant, which may be more deadly flu cropped up in Oregon. So it's headed our way tonight in urgent news. Sorry, no, like go to get people vaccinated. Quickly, that new
46:06
Unknown: variant we've been talking about of the virus now
46:08
spreading here in May, in fact be more deadly after Oh, Richard angles. Oh, and we already knew the hold on hold on, we're bringing in the spoke unit. You know, there's something important if Richard angles on the case has the latest, we already knew the UK strain has evolved to be about 50% more contagious than the original virus,
46:28
the ease of transmission helping it spread around the world. It's expected to become dominant in the US by March, according to the CDC.
46:38
Cases rising today
46:40
in New
46:40
Adam: York, what we didn't know British officials announced tonight, the mutant strain may also be more deadly. The new variant, the very thing that was first identified in London and the southeast, may be associated with a higher degree of who hold on a second London in the southeast of South in the South East of England or London, because that's kind of thing in the South East of England, okay, because otherwise, it's pretty racist. So identified in law, maybe maybe that could be maybe maybe ciated. With a higher degree of mortality, there is evidence that there's an increased risk for those who have the new variant, compared to the old virus.
47:23
Unknown: Now that evidence is not yet strong. It's it's a series of different bits of information that can support that. Just yesterday, the scientist who discovered another variant in South Africa, told us that strain could evade antibodies.
47:38
Adam: And if we don't do a good enough job of controlling the spread of the virus, the virus will naturally evolve. How many variants are out there now,
47:48
Unknown: real variants
47:49
that we should be aware of?
47:50
Probably just didn't the time that we'd been talking? Probably there's a new one popped up somewhere, somewhere today.
47:56
So Richard, where does this leave the vaccines? Are they still effective? British officials believe the current vaccines do still work against this variant,
48:04
as it is now this virus is changing and other variants are still being studied. Lester?
48:12
Adam: Yes, the variants. Okay, there's a couple things going on with messaging, and I caught this one kind of by accident a lot of people sent me the an interview with a Dr. Lee married which want to play a couple clip clips from but you're seeing coming back into a kind of into the flow of information hydroxychloroquine the studies that it does work are coming back in from Acton that you know, that that I think they kind of let that one out and just let it go. I mean, this information, you can get it for your horse or for your dog. It's so commonly available that appears to be working along with Nigella sativa, which is, you know, the question family also the hydroxychloroquine, vitamin d3. So there are all these things that appear to be working. And Fauci could not, could not, he couldn't leave it alone. He had to throw in a little jab, which is completely unnecessary about hydroxychloroquine. And in the previous report that I played, the thing was to CBS about Fauci saying, finally, I can talk about this stuff. Is this the same Fauci that did his paper during the original SARS epidemic talking, it was discussed the efficacy of hydroxychloroquine. That guy, that would be the guy, exactly. Okay, that would be a good thing. He would turn on his own research like that. So CBS cut that part out, cut and cut the precursor to him saying, it was so nice to be able to just talk about the things that are important in the science and let the science speak. But this
49:55
is what he said, No,
49:56
Unknown: actually, me. I mean, obviously,
49:58
Adam: I don't want to be going back You know, over history, but it was very clear that when someone says I don't want to go back over history, and then does it? Isn't that just exactly what he wanted to do? Isn't that just a big fat lie right there? I don't want to talk about our ancient history. But let me talk about it. No, actually, me.
50:19
Unknown: I mean, obviously, I
50:20
don't want to be going back, you know, over history. But it was very clear that they were things that were said, be it regarding things like
50:27
hydroxychloroquine, and other things like that, that really was an uncomfortable because they were not based on scientific fact, I can tell you, I've talked
50:38
Adam: he wrote the literal paper on it, go to Bing it.io, you can find it really easily. So for him to say that one is yet he is now denouncing his own science. But it brings up another question about vaccines in general. And I learned something very interesting. From this, Dr. Lee Merritt. She was on the the new American podcast, and which I don't subscribe to. But that's just given them props. And she introduces
51:13
Unknown: the idea that
51:16
Adam: vaccines have been taught in medical science for decades and decades. But they obfuscated before or after the 70s, the medical industry or whatever you want to call it, obfuscated something called licensed with tropic agents, which is the hydroxychloroquine, etc. that not that doesn't, that renders vaccines unnecessary, because we didn't use to have treatment for a lot of the diseases. And vaccines were kind of like a shortcut. So we don't have a treatment for this thing you have. So we're going to give it to you. So you can Ward that off with your immune response. You know, there's positives and negatives to that. But that they really found quite early on that once they started to have treatments, they worked very well extremely effective. And she talks about some of those I don't want to misquote her, but that that has been obfuscated from medical science for the obvious financial reasons. And she is think she's the former president of the American physicians and Journal of American physicians and surgeons, sorry,
52:33
John: I was just gonna add something before you start playing that clip. Which is that the doc there's a lot of doctors that have signed petitions and like 10s of 1000s. And there's all these reports that would that have been obliterated from YouTube and elsewhere that discuss exactly this, which is that treatments, in many cases are better than vaccines if they're effective. And as you recall, you actually had the first clip of a treatment in the first month of this pandemic of the guy who is at one of the actors on Hawaii Five O.
53:13
Adam: Clock. Yes, yes. Yes actor. And his name is Jean, I think isn't his name. I always can't remember. No, I always get he was on last. He was gin on last. If anyone gives me his real name, I can find the clip.
53:27
John: He was he was discussing how he caught it early. He's one of the early guys and this one. It was really a bad bad thing to catch. He caught it. He went to the doctor and they gave and he got that cocktail, which was hydroxychloroquine zinc and plus some some antibiotic and knocked it right out. Here it is. And this was I got it. Daniel Dae Kim,
53:50
Adam: thank you trolls.
53:51
Unknown: Here is a treatment protocol I followed as prescribed by my amazing doctor. It was what's called a drug cocktail, which means it's a combination of different drugs. It consisted of Tamiflu, which is an antiviral the antibiotic azithromycin, more commonly known as a z Pak, a glycol pie relate inhaler was used to ease breathing and the inflammation that's commonly associated with COVID. And here's what I consider to be the secret weapon hydroxychloroquine. This is a common anti malarial drug that has been used with great success in Korea in their fight against the Coronavirus. And yes, this is the drug that the President mentioned the other day. It is also the drug that Dr. Anthony falchi cautioned us about he said that evidence that the drug was promising is anecdotal. And that is correct. It means it wasn't studied and it's only based on personal accounts.
54:46
We'll
54:46
add my name to those personal accounts because I am feeling
54:49
Adam: better. Have we seen or heard from Daniel Dae Kim since this revelation, good?
54:57
Unknown: I hope not but he certainly may not work again. In Hollywood, yeah. Well, that that was a very early revelation. That
55:04
was that was right after Trump mentioned and I'll tell you the date was March 26. Yeah, March central probably from a few days before that.
55:18
John: I've always remembered that clip. I've do funny things. I think I remembered it until I heard it again, I
55:23
Adam: really didn't know that Tamiflu was thrown. Remember that and that's your go to that's that's like you're like, Hey, man, I broke a leg Tamiflu fix that right up.
55:33
John: Not that bad. But the end, I've always remembered that and it's just like, dentists just got kicked to the curb because and then I listened to the doctor said, you know, we, we do have treatments, but they don't want us to use them. And they actually banned the use of hydroxychloroquine a treatment. That should be if it's going to be done. If a doctor prescribes you that you should be allowed to do so. But no, they made it illegal. Yeah, some areas. Yeah. And that this whole thing is a fiasco. It was a fiasco starting then.
56:04
Adam: Well, if you connect all the dots, as well with what you're about to hear, and I have, I have decided after watching the Queen's gambit that I have a mild case of apophenia Do you remember that part in the in the series,
56:26
John: I say that again? I've watched the first episode of Korea and I think it was one of the best produced films I've ever seen. But I think I know who has bitching about me was Horowitz I it was a two hour movie, I'd be more than happy to watch it. I'm not gonna watch an eight hour movie. This is not Russian that 1915 where they put these 20 hour movies on the screen. That's what it amounts to. I'm not I don't have time for this. I've watched it over the course of several days. Yeah, that's what they used to do in Russia.
57:01
Adam: So Netflix is really part of the cultural Marxist Marxist takeover of the world. Maybe getting people into that into that Russian 20 hour movie thing. I should study that. Okay, anyway, so that doesn't matter since you've not seen it. So if I connect all these dots with what we just heard about, and really how hydroxychloroquine was discredited, discredited by the man who himself wrote a paper saying it was very effective also as a prophylaxis, discrediting his own research. There's clearly something going on. So this is a new doctor on the scene. She's She's young, she's like my age. I just to call that young. Dr. Lee merit. And we'll listen to her about the the treatments
57:50
Unknown: doctors like myself, I mean, we had nothing to do we were shut down. We were sitting at home, and what do we do our response is to study and we learned lots of things. In fact, I found out that we had treatment for viruses, probably going back into the 19, late 70s. And so I graduated medical school in 1980. So I'm an old fart, but my son graduated much later, just recently. And he's a general surgeon. I asked him, I said, Have you ever heard in your entire medical educational fellowship? Most stuff you're doing? You ever heard we could treat viruses with with violent with these antimicrobial agents? No, we never heard it. called my friend in Florida. 40 year internal medicine professor of real medicine doctor, he said, Have you ever heard that we could treat viruses with some kind of antimicrobial agent? No, he never heard that. So this is the biggest lie. I tried to publish a paper called that. But they made me change the title of something I can't remember. But it's about the fact that they've lied to us for 40 years about this treatment. So here's the big picture you don't need when we talk about vaccines and things. Why do we have vaccines, we have vaccines because we didn't have treatment for small for smallpox, we didn't it was a very deadly disease that made sense to have a vaccine. And we didn't have treatment for polio initially. So it made sense to have a vaccine, we actually have a treatment for this that works extremely well, in spite of all
59:06
the propaganda and the attempts to falsified medical literature, which they've gotten caught out. And the attempts to dismiss, just dismiss anything they don't agree with. And we're not we have treatment for it. And it really does work. So we don't need them. You say why would they hide treatment? Well, I can come up with two reasons. One is that your $69 billion vaccine industry goes to zero if you have an effective treatment for all these viral airborne diseases, right? So mumps measles, blah, blah, blah. It might help all of these we don't know completely yet because they
59:41
Adam: are talking about things like chloroquine and hydroxychloroquine. Right.
59:45
Unknown: And ivermectin, they're probably others. These are called lysosomotropic agents.
59:50
Adam: License, so patrol MC license, so matoke lyso. Let me do it again. lysosomotropic agents There you go. License, and I put some, some good articles about it in the show notes. He's article Ken COVID-19 revolutionized the treatment of viral disease. So this is not a very popular topic amongst amongst the biosecurity state. Yes, I didn't know that the yet the number was 69 billion. That's a bit that's that's real money, and, and year, and we knew this was coming here. But we knew this was coming. We saw this in 2008 2009, with the big Morgan Stanley,
1:00:35
John: pharmaceutical financial conference, and all the presentations were vaccines of the future baby, give people shit them before they're sick. Well, once they had indemnification, they could go nuts. And they did. They went crazy. I was talking about treatments. Again, you mentioned my my love of kamma flu. If I ever have a hint, and I'm catching the flu, that's a treatment. I don't take the flu shot. I mean, I took a lot of flu shots in my day, I'm probably gonna get virus fragments of every flu variation. But I stopped doing that over 10 years ago and I use Tamiflu. If I feel that I'm catching something, and it's a treatment it works fine. I and when I go to the pharmacist, they're usually like a flu shot. I said, No, I use Tamiflu. Okay. And they don't even think don't even argue is when I go to the doctors, he went to get a checkup the other day that you would you need a flu shot. I said no, I used to have all okay, no, you're good to go.
1:01:34
Unknown: Yeah, of course.
1:01:37
Adam: So, she continues, and I would say gives a very concise, understandable explanation of these mRNA vaccines because not only are we not using the possible treatments, we've demonized the treatments, connected them to orange man bad. But we also are getting something that is not really a vaccine by any medical term. It is with the marketing because of vaccine Look, if it's going in, it's a vaccine, if it's out, it's a blood draw. So that's a vaccine, I got a thing in my arm, it's a vaccine. And she will explain the problem with mRNA vaccines which are not new, but they have never been deployed. In mass amongst humans,
1:02:27
Unknown: what they're doing is programming mRNA. And mRNA is a little piece of bits. It's it's like DNA, but it's the messenger RNA, it's what is what makes proteins in the body. It's kind of like a computer chip that you put into a 3d printer. And then if you tell it what you want it to make, and it prints it out, right that we have that in engineering, and this is the biologic equivalent, I make up I make some mRNA and it tells your body to produce certain things. Well, in this case, what they've done is they've made a piece of this mRNA to create in every cell of your body that spike protein, or at least part of it, and that spike protein, you're actually creating the pathogen in your body. There have been four different vaccines and three different animal studies that I know in ferrets in what's the other cats with cats have a natural thing with Coronavirus. So it's cats and ferrets and I think something else. They started after SARS, they did cats and then after MERS they did was your old Coronavirus pathogens that are more deadly. And they they after MERS, they tried it in ferrets and something else and what happened, all the animals died wasn't subtle, okay. But they didn't die of the vaccine. What they died from was called immune enhancement or antibody induced enhancement, or antibody dependent enhancement. They call it a D now but it's it's they used to call it immune enhanced, but here's what happens. They make the RNA and so you're getting ready with
1:03:54
this day you get the vaccine and you do fine. Right now you challenge the animal with the virus that you're supposed to be immunized against. So when they charged when they challenged those cats with with with SARS, instead of instead of killing the virus or, you know weakening what they did is your your the stylized emotional response that they've built into your system went out and coded the virus. So the virus came into the human, the cat's body like a Trojan horse unseen by the cat's own immune system. And then it replicated without checking and kill the cat with overwhelming sepsis and cardiac failure.
1:04:31
Adam: And we've discussed this problem several times as it keeps coming up. I've never comes up in in a White House press press briefing. But that's that's the problem with with the clinical trials. And I can't help but think that this still has something to do with the mink, very similar to ferrets, all from the same kind of family and similar immune systems and responses to humans. Maybe synthetic mean car valuable? Maybe they were so worried that mink, farmers would vaccinate their mink. And then when the virus came back in the wild, it would wipe them out. And everybody would know, maybe that's why they said you got to get rid of them now. I mean, we saw that something weird happened in Norway, I don't think those miike were vaccinated, but we'll find out. So this is a one two punch, you get the the mRNA vaccine, and then it creates the pathogen, which isn't interesting that creates the pathogen. So it gives you the spike. And and what can happen, what's happened in the animal trials is that because you have that you don't notice when the when a virus comes in from the wild, and it can spread and take over before your body realizes it. Now we come to something which I would have played theramin. But I don't think so. When I regard our conversations about this very tactic throughout the past 13 and a half years on this show,
1:06:03
Unknown: and I will make this military point. This is a perfect binary weapon. You there's no way I know exactly what that mRNA is programmed to and neither do you and neither do most doctors, the doctors can't get at that data. That's the guys, the guys at the very top of this project. Okay. They know, but we don't know. They say it's to the spike protein. But how do we prove it? We don't know. So if I were China, and I wanted to take down our military, that's easy. I make it proud I make it to a something. Something I could hook on to this Coronavirus, like the spike protein or something else another protein, and I just I just make an mRNA to that. But I know it doesn't exist in nature. So nobody's gonna die from the vaccine. And then two years later, I released the whatever it is that I made you see it, I'm saying the counterpart, and it causes us immune enhancement death. So it's a delayed death. That's what binary binary poisons are. They're delayed there. I give you part one. Because, you know, I and then I can walk away and then you accidentally get in contact with part two and die.
1:07:05
Adam: The binary weapon?
1:07:10
John: Well, the problem was, I mean, it's it's cute. It's good. If you're writing books, if I was a novelist, dealing with this kind of topic. I would be good story. The problem I have with it is that, especially in the United States, we have too many good I would call hacker scientists that would have uncovered this plot. This is just a theory of hers. Well, it's,
1:07:33
Unknown: it's okay.
1:07:37
Adam: Fair enough.
1:07:39
John: It's still I like it, people could still like it. It's entertaining. Well, I'll
1:07:47
Adam: just I'll just, I'll just throw a little bit on top about this type of work. Think
1:07:51
Unknown: about this. We have funded appeal a virologist to come and work in our army bioweapons lab, that is the height of insanity or treason. In one under the Clinton administration. By the way, it was completely illegal to have non aligned foreign students. So if you were from Iran, or in or someplace that was not one of our allies. You couldn't even work in a biology lab that worked with lesser pathogens, you know, any pathogens that can be used as a bio weapon. So so suddenly, we've gone from that stance under the Clinton administration to under the Obama administration actually funding plh Chinese communist biologists to work in our bio weapons lab. It's absolute insanity. But I found out that there are these guys, we have more bio engineers than I than I anticipated. I knew the Soviets had. I mean, they were probably around but I didn't realize how many were general in the world. So they now create another little thing to go on this Coronavirus. Now they got the missile technology, they can put whatever they want on there. And every year you'd have to have a different vaccine. So don't think that even if you believe vaccine, this type of vaccine will work, which I don't even if you believe that it's not a permanent solution.
1:08:54
I think that's pretty believable.
1:08:58
Adam: That would also be in line with the revenue goals for kit for Caesarea. But
1:09:04
John: with the revenue goals is all it is yeah. Now I have one last clip from my little collection here. Because I'm listening to this bull crap. And because this is now you're going to hear about all we can't get enough of the vet vaccine, people are lined up in Atlanta. And I'm listening to this and then it took me I guess, maybe when I was producing it, I said, Oh my god, what am I listening to? And this is this. I'll tell you what it is if you don't figure it out, but this is the NBC report on drugstore vaccinations. With all the frustration of her finding a place to get the COVID vaccine one of
1:09:40
Unknown: the best places may soon also be one of the most familiar here. Stephanie goes
1:09:45
to CVS Pharmacy on Long Island, New York gives out the flu shot every year, but that is not what's happening here. Gene How did it go?
1:09:53
Excellent, very smooth, walked in
1:09:55
early. got taken early,
1:09:56
bro. This is the COVID vaccine.
1:09:58
There's dry ice in there. That keeps The vaccine ultra cold
1:10:01
temperatures, one of two CVS locations, kicking off what will be a nationwide effort.
1:10:06
We actually administered about 20 million flu vaccinations last year. So our pharmacists have been doing this for a while.
1:10:11
Have you had to hire more people to handle the vaccinations?
1:10:15
Absolutely.
1:10:16
This is a dedicated clinic. It has its own staffing associated
1:10:19
this fall operation warp speed announced it was partnering with nearly 20 pharmacy chains across the country, the pilot program, just getting off the ground. Do you think some comfort in coming to a place that's familiar? Very much Oh, sure,
1:10:32
much, much more common than going into, like a hospital. It's something we're used to doing. And it's, it's convenient, and it works.
1:10:39
But experts warn This is not nearly as simple as just getting a flu shot,
1:10:43
doing a COVID vaccination in the middle of a pandemic, that's going to be very challenging. They're gonna have to figure out how to bring people through their pharmacy, but keep them safe.
1:10:51
CVS and Walgreens have already been vaccinating it long term care facilities in 49 states. They say they are on target to get all first doses at skilled nursing centers done by next week. But some states say it's been way too slow.
1:11:05
They're facing a lot of challenges. I think we
1:11:07
have to stay the course of the efforts with the pharmacies are starting to pick up now. We're seeing good results.
1:11:12
The next phase those in store vaccinations, people are dealing with crashed websites, phone lines, that ring busy, they're unable to make appointments. How can Walgreens ensure that that doesn't happen?
1:11:23
It's important to know that we already have this infrastructure in place. We have a technology platform that allows for people to schedule appointments,
1:11:31
registration will happen right on the main websites, both visits can be scheduled at once, before coming to CBS, the wine gardens heard complaints about the state run system from scheduling to supply.
1:11:42
I was skeptical that it would actually happen and I'm very very happy to report that everything went better than we expected.
1:11:50
Adam: All right. What's your take away from that?
1:11:53
John: It's a native ad.
1:11:54
Adam: Oh, yeah. Of course it is. It's
1:11:56
John: a it's a it's a it's a split native ad it was CVS and Walgreens First they took about CVS be all great. And everybody's all I had a great time here. Yeah getting a shot us not like I was hurt. I walked in walked out and then they did the Walgreens plug which was all they had and all the computers are crashing everyplace else all we have got computers at work. They have been working for years we got the infrastructure we can shoot the shoot. And the shoot the whole thing is just like and if you as I listen to it again, I don't want you to play it again because too long, but it's just a funding. Oh, it's so much better than CVS and Walgreens.
1:12:34
Adam: Well this has been a paid this is paid and bought and paid for. This is a trend amongst the ad sales of our television stations. Local really has been getting the brunt of it.

The company is keeping employees safe and healthy the company is keeping its employees safe and healthy. The company is keeping its employees safe and healthy. The company is keeping its employees safe and healthy
1:13:31
Adam: for the company is keeping its employees safe and healthy. And thank you once again, producers present and past for making sure we don't have to resort to that lame ass horrible, scripted crappy ass native ads that everyone else seems to soak seems to succumb to with your participation in the value for value model beats.
1:13:56
Unknown: And
1:13:58
I love this.
1:13:59
Adam: It just says don't bother watching the news is television. Not Nereus is not news. And with that, I would like to thank you for your courage and say in the morning to you the man who put the C and COVID commercialism, john C. Dvorak. Paul in the morning to you Mr. Adam
1:14:18
John: Curry. Also in the morning
1:14:20
Adam: all ships at sea boots on the ground feet in the air and subs in the water and all the dames and nights out there in the morning to our trolls in the troll room. have accounts ever you gotta stand up. Oh, you are standing All right. Let's count those trolls 2314 Is that good? That's a good number for Sunday's and not is not the record breaker. That's a good number. Nice
1:14:45
John: number. Anything over two is a good number. Good
1:14:47
Adam: to have you trolls here and you can join the trolls at no agenda stream.com and if you were there right now you would see an invite for no agenda social.com slip by Darren oh just posted it there. That is our social Network no agenda social. No Jenna social.com. It's a, it's what Twitter used to be when it was still cool before the algos. So the signal to noise ratio was very high ever since the big purge. There's been more and more people coming on, you start to see more of these interactions now that users are understanding how you can follow each other across servers. So you kind of have your own little little area your own tribe, and if other people don't want to see you, then they can block your whole server and that's fine enough to deal with them either. And it's it's a decentralized model I think works much better. So why don't you go take a look at that no agenda social.com and then a big in the morning to the artists who brought us the artwork for Episode 1314. We titled that one narla and we had a number of good pieces to choose from once again and correct the record. I think second wind for this year. Did correct not have a win early in January. I
1:15:57
John: think this is third. Over this year.
1:16:00
Adam: I decided maybe maybe the first climate Klaus event planning was very good. We enjoyed that immensely. But there was a lot of art. I mean, just take a quick Gander. What, what else did we look at? climate? There's a lot of Bernie's, but of course, that's that the Bernie Sanders the inauguration slipped into places that's, that's kind of going viral everywhere. So we had the build back better or worse with a smiley face which you used the newsletter that was nice.
1:16:37
John: Who did that one? That was a dead rocking birds lane in April did a bunch of work. Yeah.
1:16:44
Adam: Is there anything else that we needed a honorable mention for or or an honorable scolding? No.
1:16:50
John: I think of any honorable scolding a lot of inauguration. Yeah,
1:16:56
Unknown: we had a lot of that to
1:16:58
Adam: what you just saw some of them flipped by using an app from podcasting 2.0 compatible, which you can find it new podcast apps.com. And thank you, Dred Scott for doing that. And let me see. It's part of our value for value model, where all we ask is and we've been doing it for more than 13 years, if you listen to the show, clearly got some value out of it Time is money or value somewhere, then just put that into a number and give it back to us. You can also help us with your time your talents such as correct a record, or we need those treasures. And a lot of people understand this, they know that if we're supported, we can continue and we have less chance of being canceled. Since we have our own infrastructure and a big credit a lot void zero bemrose all the wizardry everyone who's involved in keeping us independent with truly independent infrastructure. Another podcast got the platform from Spotify today. It's the I think it's one I did not know of the Q o n report, I think and it may be kind of Q ish related but that doesn't matter. But here's the thing that happened, which was troubling. And I can't blame the guys at transistor. Now these all these little hosting companies you've got, you've got your pod being our favorite. You got your libsyn you got your blueberry, you got your fireside, you got your transistor, these are all and a lot of them are coming up to speed on being compliant with the next the next wave of podcasting. But in order to auto
1:18:35
submit your customers feed to Spotify you they have to sign an agreement this isn't no one will tell you this but I know enough about it. I haven't seen one but i know i know enough about the agreement. So in order for your when you update for it to go into the pod, the Spotify system and appear there you have to the hosting company signs an agreement with Spotify that if Spotify takes them off, then the hosting company has to delete that episode. So so they are now what Yeah. And and I can't blame the transistors pretty small. So these are these are all like two dudes who start these companies. And you know, they have, you know, maybe 10 20,000 customers and in a certain dollar amount per month you can kind of get by and you can build a nice business but when you are I think it's an antitrust thing personally. Can you have Spotify force if you want to be include I mean, from a commercial standpoint? Yeah. But it's really a nasty kind of strong arm tactic like well, if we don't want it then nobody can have it. Which I think is very it's egregious
1:19:52
Unknown: huh? Well, yeah, I
1:19:54
John: think it is antitrust it can be. They should be busted for that. Nevermind. Maybe.
1:19:58
Adam: Maybe the maybe DeRay McKesson who is now going to be the head over there to the podcast Academy. The President of the Board of Governors, Mr. Social justice warrior and maybe you can go look into that antitrust?
1:20:14
John: Yeah, he put it to social justice. People should crack down on this and find them. Yeah, it's not gonna happen.
1:20:20
Adam: All right. DeRay McKesson is one of the original Black Lives Matter Inc. People he might go for it doubtful. They D platform cue people. Why would he ever
1:20:36
Unknown: say you can't do that? Never. Please. Yeah, it was an Tifa. guy. He probably would immediately
1:20:44
Adam: but an Tifa doesn't get d platformed. Alright, let's thank our executive producer and associate executive producers for Episode 1350 1315. Yeah. 1315. And we start with Hey, we
1:20:59
John: start with sir Hey, idiot. Yeah, sure. Hey, idiot. 13 1415 whoa, I'm you know, I thought of actually promoting that idea in the newsletter. I sent my donation for Episode 13 about 313 14 to about 13 seconds too late to make the cut. So I just donated an additional amount of up to a total amount of 13 1517 to join the 1315 Club. Yeah, what he said was it was their trading that made them blow out the quarter and they're so hated now by everybody that now now they're going to kill them remember someone had to go after the some bank had to go after all that interbank lending like the no one trusts anyone else and and he had told me along quite a while ago now Goldman is going to go down and then they went up because everyone made money on trading. And his the price target is 245. So you start your short now and this is not any type of trading or financial advice at all. No, you can't do that. No, that would that would be very wrong. My brothers have been trying to hit me in the mouth for years. And fortunately for me, I didn't listen sooner by handsome husband started listening to the show in March when COVID became a thing. He made his first executive producer donation on this quest to knighthood in Episode 1296 and forced me to listen to the donation segment so I could hear you read his note. I was hooked. I haven't missed an episode since we're a no agenda couple now who enjoy lively conversation healthy debate. lots of laughs and small amygdalas. For my birthday. All I asked for was for the two of us to get matching no agenda hoodies and to donate his first installment toward my dame hood. These wishes have been granted. Last week the FedEx Delivery girl knocked on our door and handed me a box. I was thrilled to see the no agenda shop logo on the shipping label, extend with joy hug the box and told her that I will now be walking billboard for the best podcast in the universe. I've been hitting as many people in the mouth as possible, but I know my new no agenda hoodie will spark more conversations and allow me to help others escape the vortex that is the mainstream media. Please play build back better. That's bullcrap. And send out a TPP jobs karma for all thank you for keeping it real from Sarah. A future Dame you're free.

Unknown: Oh, wait a minute, stop, stop. This is an exit strategy. Exit calls. Are you kidding me?
1:46:03
John: You're gonna kill him there. More, you know she can exit. Anyways, it was great to conversate with other listeners as a Christian who does hold firm convictions that I don't back down from no agenda has really spurred me to grow on being okay with disagreeing with people while still having open dialogue. We've made some great new friends as a result of our meetups so far. That's some serious value right there. Now, I not only have the show to keep me sane, but people in my area who I know are willing to fight for free speech. Shout out to Emilio and Jason and Nathan. You guys are legit. And you'd best donate soon. Smiley face. Thanks, john. And Adam. We

Some animals just like some people are less able to tolerate them. In vet school. We spent exactly zero hours studying long term Vaccine Injury So I turned to the internet for answers. In time the puppy found health but couldn't find an adopter. That's how lucky dog sanctuary got started. Oh, we'll be sharing stories of recovery at Lj k nine.com. That's Lj K and the number nine.com. Thank you very much, Nikki and the lucky dog. Thank you

So what did I say when I see this if I saw this MOOC, your rally book rally probably book around is a rally okay? All right. Well we price our book early to save Adam time from fumbling around with ohms and ahhs as he tries to find jingles and in truth there on your case today,
1:50:16
Adam: but hold on a sec, I don't have this email. Did you receive this email? I mean, if they're gonna send a clip then you might want to send it to me.

John: I am just breathing what I got. Here it is that didn't come in. I'm
1:50:31
Adam: not I'm not angry at you. I'm not angry at all. Really? I'm annoyed because I'm being called out for being annoying. While I look for the clips. True. I do that a lot. But then, now I'm doing that now I'm on an even Wilder goose chase to the flies and while moose Jason it could be such a thing. Anyway, he says. He says isn't true producer fashion.
1:50:54
John: I've attached my own This is it. I my own mix clip including the blip feedback noise coming from Mr. Audio perfectionist Adams mic. Okay, okay. Okay. Okay. Adam: I am surprised Daniel butcher, really, that you would use your full hearing privilege. To make fun of me beautiful to make fun of me, I have a disability. I need hearing aids to function game to be able to hear the emotions of love in my wife and boys shame. I need to amplify that. And I cannot wear them set for my vocation. I know, we can't all have the job we want. But sadly, My job involves audio. And I mean, could you imagine after 40 years of working in the field when your hearing goes? I mean, you're just a happy guy. You just it's like I am in sound. I love doing sound that I'm so happy. I'm hearing less of it every day. And I'm sorry, I have to crank up my headphones very loud. And sometimes you get a little squeal or squawk I've never heard a thing wrong and most people pride in in boots, you're always gonna have to come up with more money to apologize. I would say thank you for
1:52:22
John: the shame. Brother should cut come in and call his brother brothers and duty for making this note. Yeah, I would say that it should be second.
1:52:33
Adam: I also found that kind of racist. It's racist. Now.
1:52:38
John: The other thing is this show gets more kudos for its sound than any other podcast. I know up quite a while I have said on this show that this show should get an audio award for sub some sort for sounding so good. Yeah. And who's going to give that to me?
1:52:55
Adam: I Heart Radio. Audible Amazon podcast spot? What the NAB Yeah,
1:53:04
John: the NAB National Association of Broadcasters. Yeah.
1:53:10
Unknown: Adam Curry. He was the Phil Spector of by casting audio engineers of America or whatever Audio Engineering Society as they would give you an award. You know? I don't know. I would. It would be nice. It would. It would be very nice. It would be Producers Guild. It would be ga will be.

Yes. sending us money gets our attention. And I've been beard. I've been unable to raise buzzkill via email. I need a mate good for my knighthood that was missing in show 1313 I was somewhat entertained that my requests for the roundtable made it before I did. Would this make me a black knight please thank you for your courage. Mike Brewer. I believe he is correct.
1:54:28
John: I think he does get black knighthood. Yeah.
1:54:32
Unknown: And
1:54:35
Adam: I also have a mate good for since we're in Australia, where did he have anything else there? No, I think I know Mike. So Mike, first of all, yes, definitely. Sorry about that. You'll be at the table today. So we'll take care of that also associate executive producer for your dollar reduce the value for your value. 1:55:40
Unknown: You've got karma.
1:55:43
Adam: To the executive producers. There you go. Good list. Good notes. Fun. And thank you very much. This is what is needed. The only way we can go around this bug in the system, which is you, you have to have advertising? No, we don't.
1:56:03
Unknown: That's what it is. Yeah, you gotta pay for your hosting.
1:56:08
Adam: Imagine, imagine. Now at least we get to entertain each other for for the equivalent of add length, but it's real content. That's the thing that pieces right if dish notes I yeah, people would use Who cares? These notes are content. They're interesting. Some of them are funny. And they gives us the opportunity to just tell stories. Yeah, so go ahead and fast forward. It's so small, the percentage that do that's about five, five to 7%. And you can see him coming right back. So I just feel bad for the people anyway. So welcome back. People who skipped over if you missed nothing, don't worry, no cool stories told here. Again, the titles go to these executive producers and these associate executive producers for Episode 1315 of the no agenda show. Thank you very much for supporting us. It's so appreciated. 1:57:09
Adam: you once again to everybody for giving us your time, your talents and your treasure. Our formula is this. We go out
1:57:18
Unknown: people in the mouth.
1:57:32
John: I have a quick, quick, quick, quick, quick public service announcement public service announcement or a request. Okay, this comes from sir furry furry. On the last show, sir Kevin keeper of the time. mentioned he has vintage watch business but didn't give us the name of the business. Oh, do you know it? I'm in the market for a vintage watch and would love to connect with him. Maybe you could mention something on the show. So he'd right in with his business name. Ah,
1:58:04
Unknown: so we didn't get it? Yeah,
1:58:06
Adam: this is your public service. Okay, good. I have some public service announcements while we're doing them. Go. I would like to thank our producers from coast to coast around the globe. Flat are not who are always promoting the show sometimes subconsciously. One of our producers picked this up from the Florida RV Super Show 2021 it's one of those conventions going on, you know, for RVs. And so there was this video and well, lo and behold, here's someone showing off this cool new RV This is This is nice. It's just a bourbon griddle.
1:58:44
Unknown: Imagine making bacon there in the morning, in the morning.
1:58:51
Even though he's doing it probably
1:58:53
Adam: in the morning. Yeah. There's a there's a new movie that I have not watched. It's supposed to be a really bad movie. It's called downhill and it's on. I think it's on Netflix. And one of our producers said you will not believe what they're saying in this show. This is a horrible show. So you probably don't even really want to watch it at all. But he pulled a couple of clips. Hashtag no agenda. Oh, come on. Hashtag
1:59:22
Unknown: live your best life. Hashtag
1:59:23
get better hashtags.
1:59:25
Right? Yeah, no, no.
1:59:27
Hashtag.
1:59:28
Adam: Hashtag Stop wasting your time with hashtags. So the whole thing is filled with this. But we're not looking for them to know
1:59:35
Unknown: agenda their way here. Are we? No, no, no, no.
1:59:38
Adam: That's why I wanted to finish that conversation. Yeah.
1:59:42
Unknown: And the last one, I mean,
1:59:43
no agenda is what got us here tonight. Right?
1:59:45
I mean, come on what is
1:59:47
John: going on to one of the writers they're one of our I don't know, whatever it is make having fun. It's not
1:59:53
Adam: subtle. I got some cool ISOs from it. Hashtag no agenda. Got that one hashtag no agenda. I mean, we we love that hashtag no agenda.
2:00:05
Unknown: I mean, we we love that.
2:00:06
I mean, no agenda is what got us here tonight.
2:00:08
Adam: Right, right. I mean, it's that's we and I haven't seen it. So the I don't know the context, but usually people say you'll get an email like, hey, Tony Blair listens to the show. And anyone who just happened to say no agenda, his sentence is now a must be producer. No, no, not really. But our producers are everywhere and, and this was, it's the day for it. It's it's simultaneously cute and funny and cruel at the same time.
2:00:43
Unknown: Let's see Collin pieces. Adam Curry is jealous that his wife listens to your show more than his own show.
2:00:48
No agenda.
2:00:49
Get in touch with him. He wants to come on the show. Oh, okay. Cool.
2:00:53
I'm not familiar. I think I've heard of that show. No agenda, though.
2:00:55
Oh, come up. Yeah.
2:00:58
So the pool man. That's Tim Poole shim pools, the show that listens to and now someone sent in this note. And then Tim pulls like I heard. It's worse than Scott Adams.
2:01:17
John: Oh, yeah. Scott. Yeah, it was pretty hard to be worse. This guy.
2:01:22
Adam: I think I think his his sidekick there does know about the show. She goes Oh, and he says, I don't know what that is. And then and then he says, Yeah, I'll look them up.
2:01:32
John: Okay, yeah, that's going nowhere. Now it would be good for the show. If I go with me.
2:01:38
Adam: I think you should go on there. Why you saying it's going nowhere.
2:01:42
John: I just I just think it's some point. Some people recognize that we're maybe competitors and there's only so much room for so many podcasts. At some point that it has to happen right now.
2:01:55
Adam: Let me give you some energy. I'm not done. I need to keep
2:01:59
John: talking Netflix. I have to throw a Netflix review and I get it balanced this wrap if you got Yes. Well, I was gonna be I got two jokers for you.
2:02:05
Adam: Let's do Netflix. What do you got?
2:02:08
John: A show at that. I'm not sure what this show is why they're doing this show is just a show where you can pass on messages. I'm not just called spy craft. Spy craft just came up it's on Netflix and it's about the spy craft literally about spy craft is some of the screwball It is beyond anything that church commission ever brought up no like the microphone bullet? No, that was that was in the church commission.
2:02:35
Adam: I think they had the bullet Well, they had the kill you with a with an undetectable they had a gun and you could shoot it and it would shoot something that you wouldn't detect and it would kill you. No, no, this was not designed to kill you. Okay. This is designed to put a plant to bug. Oh, so they shoot the shoot of my shoot through the window.
2:02:56
Unknown: Shell
2:02:57
cool.
2:03:00
Adam: Doesn't have alarm wire attached to
2:03:05
John: it, but it's this show is suspect. But as I watched it, it looks interesting. And it's a series I believe so. Keep an eye out for that. Okay.
2:03:15
Adam: I will. On the last show. We caught anderson cooper thinking about anything but his newscast. Just two weeks ago, he did inside interaction on the Capitol an interaction on the Capitol. And I'm sure everyone saw it but worth playing again, either. Chuck Schumer is thinking of anderson cooper or who knows the Senate will conduct a trial of the impeachment of Donald Trump. It will be a full trial, it will be a fair trial. But make no mistake, there will be a trial and when that trial ends, Senators will have to decide if they believe Donald john Donald john Trump incited the erection insurrection against the United States. I mean, come on, how does this happen? There's something going on with I mean, so we've had the whole people confusing the vaccine for the virus and saying, well, we're gonna have 100 million viruses and arms, you know that I can kind of see where that confusion comes from. But, but how do you? Yeah, but how do you how does this happen? Well, if you're a professional, if you're a pro, if you're a professional, no, if you're professional, then you don't make this mistake. But even the French are trying to get in on the act. Let's use the
2:04:34
Unknown: FDA left there is no food and drunk and drunk
2:04:38
drug. not drunk man, Drug Administration.
2:04:43
I think drunk kids gotta stick the Food and Drug Administration. I liked how she has you corrected that though. Food and drunk.
2:04:57
Adam: That's a good one. And hopefully that'll that That virus now will now also be picked up here in the US i'd love people to make that one a lot it's hilarious yeah
2:05:08
it's really good stuff. It's really really good all right, shall we look at the purge for a moment or would you like what are these you got some interesting titled stuff here
2:05:22
John: I've got some way to get to this one I'm sure a for Faker fact thing?
2:05:26
Adam: Yeah, what's that? I want to do that and then I want to go to the domestic violent extremists.
2:05:31
John: Okay, we can do that. Let's go. This is a little segment they do. There's a whole slew of them there on the internet. They're called and they're kind of dumb but it's they're trying they decided friends 24 has decided to we're gonna blow out all this bull crap with Faker fact his segments. And here's a this is a classic example. This is the question. That is two parter. So the part one and part two question and answer. So here's the question, Faker. Fact? Berlin time. Okay,
2:06:04
Unknown: well, this time we're asking is the EU trying to put the entire continent on quote, Berlin time.
2:06:13
John: So this is a bunch of Justin going around, and oh, there.
2:06:17
Adam: He used to go to Berlin time is showing that the Germans are? Yeah, this is the beginning. This is isn't this exactly how it went before every previous world war? There's some kind of crap going on in America. And then we need to go then we tell the Germans to attack the French. I mean, isn't that what always happens? It's it's always works. It works like a champ does. But
2:06:39
John: anyway, so but let's listen to now the answer to whether this is a faker fact. What can I? Do you already know the answer. I would say Yeah. What do you think? Well, I
2:06:47
Adam: would think it's fake. That they do want to get it on one timezone, but it wouldn't be called Berlin. So let's listen to the answer.
2:06:54
Unknown: Well, this time we're asking is the EU trying to put the entire continent on quote, Berlin time. That's the colorful claim from British tabloid The Daily Express on March 26 of this year. Now, this article claims that members of the European Parliament have voted to quote advanced plans to shift to Berlin time in 2021. So what's the truth? Well, the root of the article is correct. Me these did vote on March 26, in favor of ending the seasonal clock changing tradition, otherwise known as Daylight Saving as of March 2021. Now they were supporting a proposal made by the European Commission, which itself stemmed from a public consultation. 4.6 million Europeans responded to a survey, of which 84% were in favor of the change. So it is true that time has been tinkered with. But what about the details? What is Berlin time? Well, the Daily Express does not explain in its article where the term Berlin time has come from. Indeed, Berlin shares its own Central European Time with 30 other European states and two in North Africa that you see at all year round. So the article may as well have called it parasite stereotype, or even perhaps Tunis time. In any case, no specific time zone is being imposed under the proposal, it would be up to each member state to decide which time arrangement they wish to keep their current summer or winter time for that particular thing.
2:08:18
Adam: Whoever came up with this idea who should be fired?
2:08:23
Unknown: That's the that is the dumbest segment you can have.
2:08:28
Adam: And then it's like, it could just grab any any news report? Yeah. Any news report and just come up with a bullcrap question.
2:08:36
John: Yeah, this is bad. Oh, here we go with the second one.
2:08:40
Unknown: And this will be the last say we are asking how's the European Parliament put the Russian Orthodox Church on a terrorist blacklist? Oh, wait. So
2:08:51
can I ask the question again, please
2:08:52
say we are asking how's the European Parliament put the Russian Orthodox Church on a terrorist blacklist?
2:09:00
Adam: Well, gee, I would have to say fake. Do they have a three hour answer for this? Say we
2:09:09
John: do it before you play it. This is another Yeah, it's just I could take any internet meme and you could turn it into this segment.
2:09:21
Unknown: So we are asking how's the European Parliament put the Russian Orthodox Church on a terrorist blacklist. This is a recurring bit of fake news in Georgia where more than 80% of the population follows the Eastern Orthodox religious traditions. Now it seems to have originated on the Georgia new site mediacity Dr. g in late 2016. media that he claims that the European Parliament's Foreign Relations Committee adopted a resolution equating the Russian Orthodox Church with the Islamic State group. The article includes a statement from the Russian President Vladimir Putin, calling the supposed move a quote, degradation or approach to democracy The story also spread to outlets including Russia today or RT, which were then picked up by outlets in Bulgaria, where a majority of people will say follow the Eastern Orthodox faith. In fact, the real calls on EU institutions to beef up their own responses to propaganda sponsored by the Russian government is quite a wide range of tools and instruments and lists as examples. think tanks and special foundations, special authorities, multilingual TV stations, pseudo news agencies, and cross border social and religious groups. The Russian Orthodox Church is not mentioned and there's no equation of it with terrorist groups. So no.
2:10:43
Adam: Alright, call this newsreaders agent. She needs to stop. She needs to get off this duty immediately. This will ruin her career. All right, well, thanks thoroughly depressing that that's going on at France. 24 sometimes have good news. This is just yeah. This is crazy, crazy. Emergency Broadcast System announcing the commencement of the annual for government. Thanks to you for your participation. Yeah, baby. We're purging. The Purge is on. And we have some new terms. We have some new ways to look at things. Let's get these terms down. Pat, first. There's a lot of talk about classifying people as domestic terrorists. And this is, in fact I think the mainstream the M five M is doing a lot of that calling the the capital protests act of domestic terrorism. But the term that is being put it will be put into legislation, but the term that is now already being bandied about and I have a couple of clips here from Jen Psaki is dv domestic, violent extremist, which to me is it's performative. It's that can't be a legal term, can it?
2:12:00
John: No, they don't get categorized and Tifa folks that wreck Portland took down the moose statue, or elk.
2:12:10
Adam: Well, and Tifa is on a terrorist list. Are they not? I
2:12:14
John: thought that was put on them. That was Trump's list. That's not kosher. That's no forward.
2:12:19
Adam: But even the term domestic Okay, violence. I mean, determine violence. You know, or define that. So how violent Do you have to be to qualify to be a V. extremist? So, I mean, I guess they mean, an extremist can only be right wing extremists since you never hear the term lead. All right, here's Jim sock.
2:12:45
Unknown: I also have some news to share on the President's response to domestic violent extremism. sherritt the January 6 assault on the Capitol and the tragic deaths and destruction that occurred, underscored what we have long known, the rise of domestic violent extremism is a serious and growing national security threat, the Biden administration will confront this threat with the necessary resources and resolve. We are committed to developing policies and strategies based on facts on objective and rigorous analysis and on our respect for constitutionally protected free speech and political activities. More performative, but there are three steps to this rollout for this combating DVDs. Our initial work on DVD will broadly fall into three areas. The first is a tasking from President Biden sent to the odni. Today, requesting a comprehensive threat assessment, coordinated with the FBI, and DHS on domestic violent extremism. This assessment will draw on the analysis from across the government and as appropriate nongovernmental organizations to key point here is that we want fact based analysis upon which we can shape policy there. So this is really the first step in the process. And we'll we'll rely on our appropriate law enforcement and intelligence officials to provide that analysis. So
2:14:05
Adam: I don't really know if this means anything at all the National Security Council all that real important, they'll have a look at all this sounds like they're going to do a study to they're going to first they're going to take a little time and study everybody which probably gives them the right to spy on some people to find out if they were involved. I was reading this morning even that as part of because she was there and spoke. spoke at the rally. Dr. Simone, the doctor who was part of the frontline doctors, if you recall, they also had the they had the wacky one who was it was really in everyone's face. And Gabrielle said we like a kind of odd YouTube type church like a Caribbean type deal. Oh, right. Right. Right. So not her but Dr. Simone, one of the leaders of that group is arrested. arrested for As a dv, domestic violent extremist, the second will be the building of giving a speech. Yeah.
2:15:09
Unknown: The second will be the building of an NSC capability to focus on countering domestic violent extremism. As a part of this, the NSC will undertake a policy review effort to determine how the government can share information better about this threat support efforts to prevent radicalization disrupt violent extremist networks and more. There's important work already underway across the interagency encounter in countering dv and we need to understand better its current extent, and where there may be gaps to to address so we can determine the best path forward,
2:15:42
Adam: more performative that nothing so now that they're taking it seriously, but I don't really hear much.
2:15:48
Unknown: The third will be coordinating relevant parts of the federal government to enhance and accelerate efforts to address DBE this considered an easy, convenient process, we'll focus on addressing evolving threats, radicalization, the role of social media opportunities to improve information sharing, operational responses, and more.
2:16:08
Adam: So whatever she really means by that, and it just doesn't seem like it seems like what what Van Jones was called a big nothing burger, the Hollywood set and the celebrities in the mainstream media, the M five m bond, although they see this very, very differently. This is not just something we need to study and, and get some tools in place. No, no, no, this is a very, very serious threat. Let's go back to Arnold Schwarzenegger.
2:16:34
Unknown: I grew up in Austria, and very aware of crystal ball the night of broken glass. He was a night of rampage against the Jews carried out in 1938. That the Nazi equivalent is the proud boys wasted was the day of broken gas right here in the United States. The Broken gas was in the windows of the United States Capitol. But the mob did not just shatter the windows of the Capitol to shattered the ideals we took for granted. They did not just break down the doors of the building that house American democracy trampled the very principles in which our country was founded.
2:17:15
Adam: On Swartz Nagar is confused with the Reichstag fire and Kristallnacht. He has them confused. The rikes talk is where people attack the the, I would say the parliament building and that was then blamed on a group that later got the got the Nazi treatment with cristalle. Nuff said this Austrian doesn't even have his facts right, unless I'm misunderstanding.
2:17:45
John: According to him, the brown shirts are the proud proud boys. Yeah, the brown shirts were a the was oh very well.
2:17:56
Adam: You were the Jews in this scenario of his? Because that's what he's saying. It was brown. It was brown shirts attacking shops of Jews.
2:18:08
John: I don't know. He's just confused. Clearly. He's just he's confused. He doesn't even know his wife from the housekeeper.
2:18:19
Adam: Here's the best one though. And it's worth every savory minute of Nicole Wallace oozing, oozing fear porn and just dripping all over? john brennan who loves this stuff.
2:18:37
Unknown: Have you
2:18:38
been a part of a security endeavor as fraught with as what today must have been? I mean, 13 days ago, Trump directed his supporters to attack the Capitol. And the
2:18:54
Adam: fact or fake john did Trump. Trump direct his supporters to attack the Capitol? vectric false. JOHN,
2:19:04
John: I asked you this. This could go on France. 24. Yeah, well, I don't have the two or three minutes it would take me to explain that is fake. Okay.
2:19:13
Unknown: directed his supporters to attack the Capitol. And the Justice Department is pursuing charges of criminal sedition, possibly even conspiracy? What must the day's going forward look like in terms of securing the homeland. We've seen some reporting in the New York Times that the military because six of the individuals who have been charged had ties to the military, the military is going to extra lengths to vet their ranks. Q anon is going to be the target of this.
2:19:49
Adam: I don't know if you noticed this, but Nicole Wallace is usually much faster in her delivery. She's, she puts more urgency into it. What What is this? This is a different Nicole Wallace and Just like is she trying to add weight to the situation and make it really sounds serious? Do you? Did you catch any of this? Well, yeah, I
2:20:09
John: would be probably been a more adept at explaining it if I ever watched her but I don't watch Nicole watch. I find her.
2:20:18
Adam: Horrible, reprehensible listen to why. So I can't tell you I have no idea. It's hard. You know, it's hard. But this is what you got Amy, I got Nicole.
2:20:27
Unknown: Going to extra lengths to vet their ranks, to anon is going to be the target of a analysis from incoming DNI, what does the security picture look
2:20:40
Adam: interesting how we just heard that there's going to be a study. And then he or she translates that in into Yeah, Q is going to be investigated by the incoming DNI Q and A analysis from incoming
2:20:56
Unknown: DNI,
2:20:57
what does the security picture look like for this incoming national security team?
2:21:03
on the call, I was thinking today that this is the most relaxed I've been, in the course of many negotiations I've watched because I'm not responsible. I was I had white knuckles because of the nature library.
2:21:15
But it's so
2:21:16
much more difficult today because of what we have seen not just over the last two weeks, but that certainly has riveted our attention. But because of this growth in polarization in the United States, and domestic violence and white supremacist groups, so I know looking forward that the members of the Biden team who have been nominated or have been appointed, are now moving and laser like fashion to try to uncover as much as they can about what looks very similar to insurgency movements that we've seen overseas, where they germinate in different parts of the country and they gained strength and it brings together an unholy alliance frequently of religious, religious extremists, authoritarians, fascists, bigots, racists, Nativists, even libertarians. Unfortunately, I think there has been this momentum that has been generated as a result of Unfortunately, the demagoguery, rhetoric of people that's just departed government, but also those who continue in the halls of Congress. And so I really do think that the law enforcement, Homeland Security, intelligence, and even defense officials are doing everything possible to root out what seems to be a very, very serious and insidious threat to our democracy and
2:22:29
our republican
2:22:31
Nativists libertarians. Wow. I mean, that's, that's pretty toxic.
2:22:44
John: Yeah, I don't know that guy.
2:22:46
Adam: That guy gets the airtime. Well, he's got something going for him. In the mainstream world, Kate Bedingfield is the communications director for I think, for the White House. And she was on CNN and well, you know, we do have to take some cautionary measures, because a lot of fake news out there people
2:23:08
Unknown: lies told for power and for profit. And I heard that as a direct shot at some of the media companies that lied about the election results, we know who they are, I mean, they're, they're, you know, right wing companies, some are more fringe than others at this point, are more I guess, extreme than others. And so if they continue to engage in lies,
2:23:29
Adam: notice the term extreme being used now for a media outlet. They're more extreme. Now that's all gonna fit in. It's called dv TVs. Others at this point, are more I guess, extreme than others. And
2:23:41
Unknown: so if they continue to engage in lies, something that he is trying to combat, what is your communication strategy, who you deny those
2:23:51
networks? And
2:23:52
he interviews? I mean, what happens if they revert to form immediately?
2:23:58
Well, what Look,
2:23:59
what I could say about our communication strategy is we we are committed to reaching every American that's another thing you heard President Biden say in his inaugural yesterday, he wants to be called on all Americans to work together. And I can say as communications director, our focus is on making sure that we're reaching everybody. Now, obviously, if media companies are, are willfully lying, or are not carrying forth, straightforward, honest information from the president, when we make him available or from administration officials, we make them available, then, of course, that's something that we're going to think about and we're going to writ large is that
2:24:36
Adam: large, also all who still uses writ large,
2:24:40
Unknown: writ large,
2:24:42
what does that even come from? What kind of person uses that some corny thing they where does it come from writ large, it's definitely political. The certain politicians on the left have been using it for a long time, writ large cage code, clear and obvious in stark or exaggerated in a stark or exaggerated form,
2:25:04
I think they mean clear code is this code is just chilling douchebag codes of
2:25:10
creative platforms that we're going to be able to reach out in, in all sorts of ways to meet people where they are, oh, we
2:25:18
stay away.
2:25:18
But we also live viewers who don't watch CNN, we want people who are on the line who are on Twitter who are on digital platforms. So we're gonna think comprehensively about how we can make sure that everybody across the political spectrum and in all communities all across the country are hearing from President Biden from vice president Harris and our hearing about the Biden agenda.
2:25:39
Adam: That's all part of the purge and we're not going to talk to those idiots who had cable news who are extreme like you said, their cnn lady now we're going to talk to them now there's the on Fox my cable box which is they're trying to push this now. Even if you never watched Fox News, you're funding their programming to they've someone has figured out stop paying the Fox News tax. It's at unbox my cable box comm a typical household pays Fox News, almost $2 per month, about $20 per year via their cable or satellite provider. You pay about eight for ESPN. FYI, isn't that isn't that the number? All high? Is like eight bucks a month? Yeah, that's how cable works. That's why you're happy if you can get on cable. So now that has to be de platformed Atlassian dropped part of the last skies of trying to get back on Atlassian does like huge, like chat and all kinds of business tools not we're not going to serve them. And interesting to see now how House Democrats Let me see who sent this letter numbnuts su from California and Malinovski from New Jersey. And they they want the tech giants to facilitate algorithmic change so that the extremist content is no no no longer spread as fast. And how do you manage to do that? Yeah, well, it's not going to happen is how you manage to do that. And joy Reid over on msnbc explains explains it really to us in the vein of thing in the in the great john legend vein of thinking that really the whole problem with all
2:27:38
conservatives and certainly republicans is they're just jealous. They just can't stand. The Democrats or Democratic Party having anything they hate them. They hate him the head. They hate him. Why do they hate them?
2:27:50
Unknown: The thing the right hates the most about democrats is the democrats have the culture. Democrats have the culture. They have the Hollywood culture, they have the glamorous culture, and the right hates that. They feel that the culture is too woke. It's too multicultural. It's not john wayne anymore. There's all of this multiculturalism and wokeness and liberalism and they hate it. But they also envy it.
2:28:25
Adam: She's on a roll man.
2:28:26
John: Who was that?
2:28:27
Unknown: That's joy read.
2:28:29
John: Oh my god.
2:28:30
Adam: Yeah, Primetime msnbc man. The worst is groovier.
2:28:36
Unknown: I dig it.
2:28:37
Adam: All right. Well, we'll keep our eye on the
2:28:40
Unknown: Emergency Broadcast System announcing the commencement of the annual first government thanks to you for your participation.
2:28:48
John: Well, let me get some Joe Biden clips out of the way. Okay, that's very good. Let's start with you know, so I'm watching useful idiots.
2:28:56
Unknown: Oh, with
2:28:58
John: my tie up ad and they always have this guy Thomas Frank. I think his name he's a writer. He did what's wrong with Kansas. He's a very famous book writer. And but he's kind of funny. And he's he's actually would be better suited to do a show than Katie. But he's going they brought him on and they and after we listen to all these reviews of the the Biden inauguration speech from especially from the NBC, you know, he said unbelievably smart presidential is what we want to say is like, his arms are outstretched. I've never seen fireworks like this in my life. And so they decided to bring this up. I just found it was kind of amusing when Frank when he's the guest says he was actually a little concerned that maybe they fell into this, this line of inability to analyze a Biden's speech. And then they it turns out that they were on the same boat as he is, but this is kind of an interesting battle. Back and forth and and some good analysis of how Biden is pretty much more like Jimmy Carter than anybody else according to these guys on Biden's speech the useful idiots
2:30:10
Unknown: but there were echoes of Carter in Biden's speech you know we you are We are a good people, you know, we all need to come together when he ended this period of what did he call it an uncivil war. Right It's all very Carter esque. Now maybe you guys thought Biden's speech was excellent.
2:30:28
I just thought it was like anodyne, and like it was sort of like a dial service speech where they just kind of threw a bunch of cliches and connective tissue, sir. Exactly,
2:30:38
exactly. It
2:30:38
was just I have no memory whatsoever. What
2:30:41
was that?
2:30:41
I've read it three times. And I'm having trouble remembering it. Yeah, it's and and Anna Dion is exactly right. I mean, it is exactly. It's just one cliche after another. And you know that he had that long quotation that he said was from a song. I looked, I looked it up. It's from a song that yes, it's the theme song of a Ken Burns special.
2:31:02
Really?
2:31:03
Yeah.
2:31:05
Ken Burns. Well, he
2:31:07
said it was a quote he just didn't give. He didn't give the source. But it's from a Ken Burns special about World War Two Ken Burns series. And he also echoed really strongly a very Ken Burns esque historian, which is Jon Meacham, all that crap about the better better angels, veterans.
2:31:25
Working for Biden,
2:31:26
and MSNBC.
2:31:28
Yes. Well, yeah. But that's like, Biden has been echoing him all through the whole campaign. I mean, that's that's this this is this is a master of cliches that we're talking about here. You know, the
2:31:39
cliche
2:31:40
ideas, cliche expressions.
2:31:42
I had to look up anodyne
2:31:45
John: in offensive. Yeah. Yeah. So I got some Biden clips and Biden things I've put together. Here, let's just play these. He's only three of them. They're very short, because you can't really put a lot of good stuff together from him. But let's start with this is Biden show blather was SS three? What does that mean? no one died. This one. instead. Biden brings up dubious numbers.
2:32:17
Unknown: For the 24 million Americans 24 million Americans have been infected. To put that in context, America makes a 4% of the world's population. But 25% of the world's confirmed COVID-19 cases, and only 20% of all the COVID-19 deaths when we have 4% of the world's population. The pandemic, the pandemic sees me has disproportionately impacted on blacks, Latinos and Native Americans, who are likely to be hospitalized and nearly three times more likely to die from the covid 19 pandemic than white Americans.
2:32:57
John: Thought it was six times. But here's why they keep changing. But I wanted that clip because that's confirming that column I wrote about massive stereo. Yeah, he's got the numbers, but he doesn't put two and two together. Okay, let's try. I'm thinking this is the bite and show bladder this may be just an accumulation for a second on your mass hysteria.
2:33:20
Adam: Someone reminded me on email that my daughter had forgotten about this had emailed it. These dates right around March, February, March. It was like really strange astronomical linings up in Jupiter and Uranus and God knows whatever, but that it lined up with the crazy laughing event. Laughing event Yeah. Where people were just were laughing uncontrollably for days. And it just it was mass hysteria. Yeah. So it could also be very powerful. Yeah, this is very powerful stuff.
2:34:00
Unknown: All right blather.
2:34:01
John: I believe this is just a collection of his one of his little talks recently. I just put a bunch of words together that as he mumbles his way through something
2:34:10
Unknown: that we all pay tribute to our prayers for those 400,000 Americans, the pandemic, let's be very clear, things are going to continue to get worse before they get better back there is 198 pages and and to be made known about it, it made me may known immediately.
2:34:29
Oh my goodness.
2:34:33
Ah, I like it when he gets angry. When he gets angry. Yes. And we do that we do. So. Yeah. You got to pop a vessel in his eyeball.
2:34:46
John: Okay, now here's one that's interesting. There's the last one is a 22nd clip. There's an illogic to what you're about to hear and I want to see if you can spot it right away. We really
2:34:56
Unknown: direct sorry,
2:34:57
John: Sarah kids bite and Bs on states model. We triggered
2:35:01
Unknown: redirected FEMA to establish a COVID response liaison for each state, which means every state will have a point person at the federal level to maximize cooperation between the federal government and the states. And where it falls short to be made known about it make me known immediately. This is a model we use to respond to hurricanes, Hurricane Sandy, which I was deeply involved with.
2:35:29
John: So what he's done, Okay, go ahead. He's, he's gonna use FEMA to create a go to guy for each state. So with COVID, we got a guy in California got a guy over the whole country. Yeah. Danny says, This is the model they use for Hurricane Sandy, which was all of which was in every state, which apparently was in every state.
2:35:55
Unknown: was what he said, but ah, gosh.
2:36:01
Adam: Well, to be fair, it was New York and New Jersey, so they were too solid. They were too old. To be fair, there were two states. I'll give him that. I'll give him that.
2:36:14
John: Pretty much all I got for my buyten report. Yeah, I
2:36:17
Adam: don't. I just want to go. No,
2:36:18
John: I got one more. Because you've talked about this. We talked about it. The theme of the show. You sound too excited about any Joe Biden. Good one. Okay. And this is only a clip of it. We I mean, the word we actually took place. This was posted on whitehouse.gov. Oh, yes. Oh, yeah. I know what this is. Yeah. This is very weird. So this is actually posted on whitehouse.gov gone. Now they took it down. They took it Oh, they finally took it down. Good down. Yeah. Because when you are listening to it, you'd be listening to Joe just going on and on about something or other and then they just get this voiceover just cuts in and starts talking about is getting a plea deal. Like Is this the guy in the sound room or?
2:37:03
Adam: I have no idea. And then they you can hear that sound engineer catches it and puts it down pretty quickly.
2:37:08
John: He puts it down.
2:37:09
Unknown: Here we go. Our nominee for Secretary of
2:37:12
my life as
2:37:17
Dr. Michelle Lenski, she's gonna be the director for the Centers for Disease
2:37:21
Control and Prevention,
2:37:23
and Dr. Marcella Nunez Smith.
2:37:26
Adam: So this was emailed to me a lot as well. And unsubstantiated is that's Hunter. No, I don't think so. To me, to me, it sounds just thinking about the situation. How could this happen? I think it was a tape rolling maybe. What did what did you get? No,
2:37:46
John: it was the White House. Right. So they got it right off to whitehouse.gov. site. Right. Right. But
2:37:51
Adam: who produced it was it was the White House his own production? I think so. Yeah. Yeah, that was the White House live feed. That's what it was to someone must have been someone who was miked. Either that or is a tape that got started accidentally. That could be or something that was not a wild microphone sound that was someone who was who was miked?
2:38:15
John: Yeah, he was mic. Yeah. That's a good point. So
2:38:17
Adam: I wonder control room.
2:38:21
John: Yeah, it could have been a good because the guy the control room director usually has a mic right on his you know,
2:38:26
Adam: right on him. sounded too good. The mic sounds too good. That's I know, I know how those sound. It just doesn't sound like that. And if it's a talkback mic in the booth, it's also not going to sound that good. This was someone who likely was wearing a mic. So someone who was also speaking that day, and that we'd have to look into
2:38:46
John: Well, this is the example and this is, in fact, when you have I didn't clip this but when buying signing the other thing what is biting doing it that little desk, signing all his executive orders, why isn't he in the Oval Office signing executive orders? What's the deal with that? There's been some question about that. Yeah. And the other thing is why
2:39:05
Adam: he's redecorating it that's,
2:39:08
John: you know, they're getting the bugs out of there. Yeah, we got a lot. We have put a 55 bugs in there to track Trump. We got to get them all out of there. There's a also why is camela standing behind him with Fauci on the other side, these aren't all health edicts that he's signing off on why's Fauci and camela standing there the whole time. Listen, they got their day, right? They might as well you might as well put them on set. They got their per diem everything so but make them work. And that little desk with the big giant seal.
2:39:43
Unknown: It's just beyond me the whole comic it is weird. It is weird.
2:39:49
Adam: I wonder this has been asked this question, but I don't know if there's any any answer. So as one is still getting the bugs out of the room. So one of the executive orders that Biden's son He has me concerned. And it is the food, financial food security. And I've been hearing this for about a month now. Food Security and even in the in the crazy nutjob conspiracy circles. Oh no, we're just going to be food shortages is common is common, which I kind of ignored. It's hard to ignore Bill Gates now being America's biggest farmland owner. Yeah. Yeah.
2:40:33
John: Yeah. Well, I have a,
2:40:34
Adam: I have an opinion on that, if ya know, I'm very interested that there's a paper that I put in the show notes, you can take a look at it as the COVID-19 working paper, international food security assessment. And it's not good. It's a lot of people will, are and will get hungrier because we have no food.
2:40:54
John: And they can't afford food. First of all, it's not any large percentage is a lot of acreage, but we have so much in this country is ludicrous. And so, but Gates has two or three, or maybe even five, he's got a team of financial advisors. And I'm sure that he ran across the same research I did, which is in detail this kind of good news and bad news. And that is, in a real if you look at because I always like to track real estate prices to the stock market. And rarely do the two ever coincide. They go in different directions. But one of the sure fire investments if you want to make an investment if you're if you suspect a downturn is coming. And B can argue it either way, there's evidence it could go either way. Except for Goldman. It's the best investment, the best investment you can make in a an economic downturn, just coincidentally, is farmland. And this is shown up in a lot of research. And it would be it's just a good investment. And what happens that farm that goes up about 30 or 40%. And when you have billions of dollars you got to deal with you can start to get a good return on your investments, because you if you you know you buy out something you you you run the market up yourself and you can't get out. But with farmland and land in general, when you're buying huge parcels, you're not going to jack the price of just because you bought a billion dollars for a second do anything to the price actually. So you can buy in is a really good investment that
2:42:31
the market will take it up 30 or 40%. If there is a collapse, if there's no collapse, there's almost no loss. So it's almost a surefire bet. And I think that bill got the word to do this. And that's what it's just I think he's just a pure investment. He's got no interest in farming or anything else. He'll just lease it out to somebody or somebody will do the work for him. And it's meaningless that he bought this and I think people that all Joe, Bill's gonna try to starve us out. Well, I
2:43:00
Adam: didn't say that. I didn't say that. No, not you. But some people imply this. Yes. Yeah, true. No, I
2:43:07
John: don't think you did. I'm just saying I've got these notes. The first note I got was that was based basically that note, no. And I told the guy about, you know, it's a really good investment. And I think it's just built, he's got lots of money. He's got to keep it somewhere. Yeah, seems like the there's so much money being being created. And it has to go somewhere. So I think that's what you see in the stock market at record high.
2:43:33
Adam: And I gotta tell you, mutual mutual funds and now institutional investors now buying bitcoins, like we got to put the money somewhere to put it
2:43:45
Unknown: so it's farmland than Bitcoin. Yeah.
2:43:49
But tasty treats.
2:43:53
Adam: All hell is gonna break loose and you're gonna need a Bitcoin. And now that Trump is out, Biden's in, everyone can be honest about what they're really doing for the government, because now it's no longer seen as something that he'll would do. No, and our team is you're brilliant. You're fantastic. God bless America. Thank you so much. Richard Branson, now openly admitting that this is not about space tourism. This is virgin rockets and plane that flies around outer space. It's not about selling tickets to rich Russians. Ah,
2:44:24
Unknown: well, I think President Obama when they were in office, they were the ones that decided that massive in putting billions and billions if not trillions into NASA was not the way forward that actually private companies that most likely do the job much more cost effectively working with NASA. So I think that, you know, they were both on the same page on that and therefore, we would expect that that that to continue, and you're right, I mean, if China or Russia or An enemy state did have a war with with the allied nations. And one of the first things they would consider doing is knocking out satellites in the sky. And of course, one of the massive breakthroughs for Allied forces is virgin orbit, because we can scramble a 7471 as notice and put new satellites within 12 hours, and then another one up within 24 hours and so on. And that will act as a massive deterrent from from an enemy nation in knocking out the satellites of America or Britain or European countries. So so there is a lot of excitement in the in the Pentagon and in the US Air Force and so on. For what we're doing. And we are the first people to congratulate us was actually somebody very senior in the US Air Force. Client. Yeah, this is a big breakthrough. A big breakthrough. From from their point of view.
2:46:12
Adam: space tourism, I can scramble at 744 an hour. I have a sad I have a bird up there, stat.
2:46:21
Unknown: That's what it is. What a crock of crap. Oh, yeah. Well, that's
2:46:25
Adam: what starlink is. starlink is military communications. That's obvious. Tell us a little bit of it. No, no, I think it's great. People need to see it, because it's being built right in front of your nose. be launched is going up tomorrow with more satellites. Yeah, I want I want one. I want to have starlink Hell yeah. Yeah. Oh, yeah. like to see how it actually works? Well, the beta tests are, you know, they're saying, in rural America, most people right now getting about 100 megabits down 12 to 15. Up. That's better than what you can get in most places in rural America. I like you know how you get the up to work.
2:47:09
John: Okay, because you know, the original, the first the business been going on for years, the early satellites, they you have the down? Yeah, here it comes. And then when you went to the up, it had to go over like a phone line to some, some dish someplace that had enough oomph to send a signal backup, we don't get enough, boom.
2:47:29
Adam: I'd be very careful in making those blanket statements. By making the blanket statement. I'm
2:47:33
John: not careful, I don't care. But I if we can put it if we have a little dish on top of the house that can have enough power to send a signal and hit us hit a bird up there. And then at high speeds with internet traffic, I'd be surprised, and I would love it. But I wonder what happens when an actual bird flies between just just in front of that dishes to get knocked out of the sky? So you'll chirper little little Sparrow goes right across my dishes on my roof. So the bird flies over and is singed does that happen?
2:48:10
Adam: I don't know the answer to that one. But the dish is very thin, very effective, it's automatically controlled continuously to move along with the constellation. And that's that's how the big part of it is that you're not just beaming to one satellite, you kind of got to go in the general direction, you're always going to be good. Now I can sit at home and I have done this. I can transmit a signal with a handheld radio transceiver, and I can hit the International Space Station, no problem. So I don't see how you know, and that's that's five watts, you know, and that's not even a directional, that's just me kind of being a little directional. If you do a Yagi antenna, then you can you can do all kinds of cool stuff. So yeah, these are low earth or these are very low orbiting satellites. As long as you have the right. You know, high enough frequency. I think you can push that kind of bandwidth through it. Yeah, I mean, it seemed I mean, I studied for the for the ham general test and passed.
2:49:21
Unknown: Well, good for you.
2:49:24
I'm going to show my school by Jonah to no agenda. Imagine all the people who could do Oh Yeah, that'd be fun.

I started with Chris Jericho since I was a WWE fan. See this is me promoting the show. On one of his episodes. He had a conspiracy theorist named Greg Carr award from the higher side chats podcast shortly after that. He hosted a young woman named Jen Briony from the congressional dish so this is all very incestuous. Upon listening to her show, I was directed to the no agenda show. This is a briny donation. 3:01:28
Unknown: just like a body.
3:01:33
Okay,
3:01:34
Adam: well, here we are.
3:01:36
John: I got some hand.
3:01:37
Unknown: I got some bugs business if you want to do anything. bugs. Yeah, bugs. I got some bug business. Get some bug. What's big business now?
3:01:47
People are getting into bugs. Yeah, no. And play some bugs stuff.
3:01:52
That's what we need to hear. Okay. To Freakonomics. You know, the Freakonomics podcast.
3:02:01
Adam: Producer Nick, got me a couple of clips and they were talking about bugs as a business. Oh, yeah.
3:02:09
John: Yeah, the bit the bug business. Yeah.
3:02:11
Unknown: Let's see, this is
3:02:13
one of those business days when you had to, you could you can actually quit the business and bug out Chi, there are generally two philosophies here. One is to make flour at low levels, you wouldn't even taste it. So that's one approach, as it were sneak it in. A lot of Americans will try a cookie. If you say it's 20% insect flower, one person.
3:02:33
John: I know algae. Oh, I
3:02:35
Adam: don't know. I don't know if someone was on that podcast. These are all bug people. They're pro bugs. That's what it wouldn't be fun. If it was people who didn't like eating bugs. It's pro bug. They're telling you how to get into the business of bugs. If you say it's 20% insect flower,
3:02:51
Unknown: one person I know puts them in dog food. So that's one way to get people to eat it is to have their pets heated first.
3:03:00
Adam: That's why they're doing bugs, bugs in dog food. People are so dumb that they are influenced by the marketing of bugs to their pets. And when the pets eat it, they think oh, well can't be that bad.
3:03:15
Unknown: I mean, there's there's opportunities everywhere. My name is Emily Cummins, and I'm the senior manager of the sensory and consumer science team for Kraft Heinz. So I'm in charge of the taste test. consumers need something physical to touch and taste and hold on to to tell you what they like and what they don't like. So when you say insects, the first thing I want to know is what kind of insects and the second thing I want to know is do you have to see the insect? Can the insect be hidden? What form is the insect in? Maybe a worm can look happy and be you know, maybe worms or okay.
3:03:51
Adam: It's really trying to get this to compute for people. So they're figuring out well, we should first of all, you shouldn't introduce it to people directly give it to their pets first, then you can put it like call it fly and put it in flower, something else. And now it's like well, at least make the bug look happy on the packaging. Or maybe just call it something different altogether. You know,
3:04:12
Unknown: those are sweet spots and a mom made sounds fancy. I think that might be a actually brilliant way to do it.
3:04:18
insect in Japanese, by the way is Kung Fu.
3:04:21
That sounds great. I can't chew brownie sounds delicious.
3:04:27
Adam: Would you like a crunchy brownie with that, john?
3:04:30
Unknown: Yeah, sure. Sure would.
3:04:33
Adam: This was a very interesting little show. They also had a random anti meat statement right in the middle of this
3:04:40
Unknown: before you turn up your nose at the notion of eating insect cheese, especially if you're an American. Do you know what beef
3:04:47
cattle raised in the US are often fed, it's chicken litter. So the feces of chicken are processed and are then fed to cattle
3:04:57
and then you eat the cattle that have been fed on chickens.
3:05:01
Is that true? Not that I know of. Well, that was I mean for people's stories, I'm
3:05:07
John: sure there's some ranch that has some secret ingredients or their beef is chicken shit.
3:05:12
Unknown: What are the most popular insects,
3:05:14
orphan beetles, but the things like mealworms larva of insects and grasshoppers so in Mexico, you can get a taco filled with grasshoppers. Mmm, sounds so loud.
3:05:29
Well, here's one that's I'm looking forward to
3:05:31
cricket cream cheese.
3:05:31

3:06:40
John: not great. I have two clips here. I can play. Okay. One not International. But this one. This is a good example. I think we're gonna have a lot of this throughout 2021. This is a that's the name of this clip is leading the news. Trump again is leading the news against that even president
3:06:57
Unknown: tonight three days into joe biden's presidency. Democrats announcing there will be an impeachment trial of former President Trump speaker Nancy Pelosi set to deliver that impeachment article to the Senate on Monday.
3:07:09

3:07:12
Unknown: But when will it start? Top republican mitch mcconnell proposing a trial in February President Biden now signaling he's open to it. Mr. President, do you support mitch mcconnell's timeline for a February impeachment trial?

3:08:32
What did he say at the end the return on these investments
3:08:36
John: are what will far surpass the cost on
3:08:39
Unknown: racial equity is going to prevent long term economic
3:08:42
critics in Congress worried it costs too much
3:08:45
that return on these investments in jobs and racial equity is going to prevent long term economic damage and benefits that are in a far surpass the cost
3:08:55
Adam: this makes no sense this is going to create damage
3:09:01
John: will tell to him No I'm just trying to understand the clip is alright. Did you bite and clips are gonna all be like this to hold for the next year we're gonna listen to this guy okay here's an evolve the update people need to know that there's something going on in Russia and so they get on the volley they tried to kill this guy this is a guy's been in that for a long that's that's what the he says they tried to kill him. It was all kind of a weird little situation. bullcrap. Yeah. So but he's in jail anyway.
3:09:35
Unknown: So let's hear it.
3:09:36
When not only arrived from Germany a little over a week ago. His team released a video in which he alleged that President Putin has a palace that is valued at a billion dollars that was built on bribes now, the Kremlin has denied this allegation. But this video has been watched by more than 71 million people. I profiled him twice first in 2011 when he was faced an activist investor investigating corruption and state companies. And then again in 2017, when he was trying to run for president he was actually barred from being on the ballot then. Now where does this go? Well, you know, Mr. avallone, is well known but perhaps not universally loved. Nevertheless, he can discredit the Kremlin with his allegations of corruption, his movement that he's begun, and so it is likely that this probe these protests will continue, because it's likely that Alexei navami, will remain in jail. And here's the key thing to keep in mind. It's September, Russia is going to have a very important parliamentary election for the State Duma. There is a school of thought that if the Kremlin wants to they will keep them in jail until at least after that election in September, and perhaps for years and years beyond that, simply to solve this political problem.
3:10:55
I always love how
3:10:59
Adam: news, certainly PBS can just look at a YouTube video and say 71 million people have seen this.
3:11:09
Unknown: Yeah, thanks. P
3:11:10
Adam: I remind you to remember that one Kony 2020 2012 Kony 20? Oh, yeah. 2012 is 100 million views overnight. Uh huh. You'd watched those views go up by the ratchet up like, yeah, this bullcrap. Well, that turned about to be real bullcrap. No, that guy got all messed out. And he was running around naked on jumping on cars. Oh, that was a good one. The good old days, man. Ah, how I pined for 2012 we just had nut jobs jumping on cars naked. And it was entertainment. And we like that. So they took us off salts and bath salts. I'll bring that back and had to go screw that up.
3:11:55
John: I've already noticed that ISIS is under the Congress. Yes, we're going back into Syria. We got Baghdad. Everything from 22. So we will see that naked guy running around again. And bath salts will be back in the news is we're back Back to the Future.
3:12:09
Adam: Oh, nice. We just restarted the same.
3:12:14
Unknown: Yeah, there you go.
